[Resolved] Airtel / Prepaid — No solution for Network problem | |
i facing too much problem in airtel network in my town since last 1month... i complained but i can't got any solution.. i am retailer near my place ...my all airtel customer complained me or airtel too... i sold morethan 100 lifetime airtel prepaid card ... how can i mange...? ... i facing calldrop on airtel from last two days... i facing cross call in airtel ... within 10second my call is dropped and got massege "erorr in connection "... and my money count as 1 call it means 1minute... last two day i facing this problem morethan 40 times ... i want refund my money ...and aslo solution for this problem ... [protected] airtel prepaid is not functioning since 01st of may, 2008 and i have deposited my valid documentary proof at airtel outlet M-5, connaught place, nd and till date the mobile is not activated.
AirTel — network problems not solving
Respected sirI am omprakash, the mobile sim holder of Airtel.My problem is that i have been giving complaint regarding the repition of my voice on all land line Nos only.After taking complaint, they call me thrice saying that your problem has been rectified.But always it was false.
So kindly i request to look after this matter.I will be grateful to you.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — NO NETWORK
Sir,I am holiding a Airtel prepaid connection since mid 2006 ([protected]). The network in our area, viz Naval Dockyard, Scindia, Gopalpatnam towords Shimachalam.. is very poor. I dont know what to do now.. because changing a number using since past 3 years is not pleasing. The only good thing about Airtel is their Missed call Service, may that is the reason why they are so irresponsable.

sir i m ankit patel from nadiad sending a mail to complain about weak network to our area.sir i must tell u that if i m at ground Flore & if i have some call than i have to move out side for receive the call if i do not so than due to weak network my important call was disconnect.
so you people please give your valuable response regarding this matter.

In our society viz umashankar bibvewadi pune 411037 there is no sig nal or net workcausing lot of agony .no response from call centre as advised complaint is lodged for doing
the needful.

i took one airtel prepaid connection the day before yesterday(15/09/2009) from Sunder Vihar-Paschim Vihar -Delhi and my number is [protected](sim no:[protected]H2). After lot of circus with your customer care yesterday itself was activated with outgoing calls. i am not getting the incoming call till now . i already informed the same to customer care/Sundar Vihar-Paschim Vihar and customer care response is not satisfied. please take the immediate action.

I have been an airtel user for 5 months. I previously had used airtel from[protected]. But from the last 3 weeks, every time I try to make any call, the network goes to ZERO. Whenever I call customer care, they keep me on hold for 15-20 minutes saying that they are transferring the call to a certain supervisor.
I would be obliged if this matter is looked into. As I have been making calls and continuously losing balance, but I haven't had a proper conversation with anyone.
I do not ask for a refund. What I ask is that this network problem be solved immediately.

i am a user of airtel prepaid since 2002, i had never been to such serious issue which i am facing now a days. i reside in CIT nagar, saidapet in CHENNAI, i am an employee of accenture and my office timings are in evening, for my cab pick (call from Cab Driver) i have to keep my mobile rite on to the top of the window in my house to get network. or i have to stand before 10-20 mins on street awaiting for my call. if this is the case i have to change the provider, i beleive someone somewhere will help me in this regards. i dont wanna loose this number as i have many contacts.thanks'

We are more then 3000+ employees working here. Because of serious network problem many of them are changing from Airtel to other network providers. If the situations still continuos we shall also be changing to other network providers.
