[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Recharge amount not received but amount deducted from ICICI bank account

Dear Sir/Madam:

I recharge prepaid mobile Airtel no. [protected] from my icici personal account for rupees of 50 (fifty) only. And I received SMS that (recharge request was processed successfully) and amount has been deducted from my account. But I didn't received amount to my mobile. Here is Airtel Confirmation no: [protected].
Please help me to get amount back.

ICICI bank reverted the same deducted amount by 25-06-2010 with this info REV PMT ID 159738029. So thanks for Consumer Complaints forum's efforts.

Dear Sir/Madam:

I recharged prepaid mobile Airtel no. [protected] from my icici personal account for rupees of 222 only. And I received SMS that (Dear customer, your recharge request could not be processed. Valid amounts for this channel are 50, 99, 100, 200, 300, 333, 444, 500, 1000) and amount has been deducted from my account of 222 Rs. But I didn't received amount to my mobile. Here is Airtel Confirmation no:[protected].
Please help me to get amount back.
