[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — cheating

every month airtel service provide deduct 50 rupees from my prepaid account. even this service is not used by me . or this service is already stopped by company itself 1 year back (mobile internet service pack of rupees 99). every time i call them for not doing such things . some times they refund my money . after lots of herculeon task.n every time m assured by company that they will not repeat this in future, they irritates me a lot even loss of my precious time.please help me .

I recharged with the sum of 110.00/- at 3 March 2009 because I got a message from airtel to recharge with 110 and get a 1 year validity. i got a 1 year validity but my plan will be change Before recharge my plan was Airtel Campus But After recharge the plan will be Airtel Friends by Airtel . I also complain costomer care as well as cutomer relationship center 5-6 times but no action will be taken by them. I also sends mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com but i can't get positive response from airtel.Now 72 hours have gone but no action has been taken by Airtel.
I am having airtel prepaid connection from past 3 yrs.Frm last 6 months i am not using this airtel sim fr making calls or receing calls as i am very happy with tata docomo service i m using now.i m having 2 cells n 2 sims,i.e., airtel n docomo..airtel sim wil b always on but i dont make or recevie calls,i just keep it on to check msgs which i get as this is the number most of my friends hav.but to msg from this sim,balance shud b more thn 1 rs.if balanace is more thn 1 re,150 msgs r free daily,without any rental.but everyday i m getting msg lke'U HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO AIRTEL HELLO TUNE,U WLL BE CHARGED 1 RE DAILY,i thought may by mistake it has happend,i immediatley unsubscribed it,but again next day same msg came as,'U HAVE SUBSCRIBED,1 RE WIL BE CHARGED' i calld to cust care to complaint abt tht,tht customer representative is telling tht i have calld to airtel music station or something n listened to songs,so only my 6 rs is deducted.BUT THE IS I HAVE NOT CALLED ANY NUMBER OR RECEIVED ANY NUMBER TO MY AIRTEL SIM,YET THOSE AIRTEL PPL ARE LIEING N DECUCTING MY AMOUNT EVERYTIME FORCING ME TO RECHARGE AGAIN N AGAIN.THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME HAPPENING TO ME,MONTH BACK 40 RS GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT ,WHEN I CALLD CUST CARE,THT PERSON LIED TELLING U HAVE DOWNLOADED HELLOTUNE,SO FOR SONG AND MONTHLY RENTAL IT IS CHARGED.THIS BHARTI AIRTEL NETWORK IS A COMPLETELY CHEATING COMPANY.WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH UR COMPANY TO EARN WEALTH BY LEGAL MEANS,Y RU CHEATING.PLS STOP IT.I HAD REGISTERED FOR DND SERVICE,I.E.,DO NOT DISTURB..YET THESE PPL SAY I SUBSCRIVBED TO THIS OR THAT N ALL.....FINALLY,AIRTEL...UR CHEATING ME,SO I M DUMPING U.TO HELL WITH U AIRTEL..

Without any information given to me airtel company activate cric.plan to my airtel
prepaid no. [protected] in my name Vinay Saxena R/o- 297E barra-5 Kanpur-208027. and deducted amount against the above plan. So many mobile companies fraudly activate plans without any information to consumer and deducted money from consumer account. if consumer lodge the complaint then no suitable reply given from mobile companies. So please take strictly action to these mobile companies.

i am using this number ([protected])for past 3 years.i had sent a sms for port out on last month as i had recived a sms as that u had a surprice offer that i can make calls to airtel to airtel @ 10ps and other mobiles @ 30ps for one month as after one month my plan had changed to one sec without any information as i want my old plan back as i had recharged for airtel to airtel @ 30ps and othermobiles @ 50ps with 10000 sms free for 7 months still 4 months i have offer. I need waiver for that rate saver pack and calls which i had made till my plan change other wise wishing to change my number to some other network

I have called 198 for the clarification regarding the sms charges on 02nd May 2011. During the call the executive said he will transfer the call to his superior and immediately the line gets cut. This happens whenever they dont have a answer. And immediately I received a message saying that my hello tunes were stopped and I had to call to activate this. The call charges will be Rs.3/min. Again I called 198 to clarify the stoppage of hello tunes, they very clearly say you have called some time before and you have requested for this which actually I have not done. I told the executive that please check the recordings of our conversation and he says that no such facility is available. When asked to activate the HELLO TUNE service, they say that the charges will levied. During the call the executive said he will transfer the call to his superior and immediately the line got cut. When tried to call 198 again I am not able to do it. They have renewed the subscription 2 days back. Now and then Airtel has been taking off my money. You may please check the complaints given to them and no such remedies have been taken only some SMS saying that we have rectified or will be taken care.
same thing with me, i recharge my account on 02 May2011 and used only 20 rupees tariff.and when i check the balance it was 25 Rs on 03 May. i called on 198, during talking with reprentative, call get disconnected. i again and again tried on 198 but unable to talk. so suggest me. my no. this is weird. really this company is cheater
I recharged my prepaid mobile phone using MTOPUP SMS Service. An amount of Rs. 205 was debited from my account and it was credited to an account called "Dedicated account". Why was the amount not credited to the main account? My main account balance is showing a balance of Rs. 12. 40 only even after the recharge. What is a "Dedicated account"? Is this some kind of scheme started by Airtel to cheat the customers?
