sir,
at 28th september i had a problem with the airtel live . i got site address www.atrtelguru.param.mobi .they said to me that any download you cannot give any cash evev without 30ps/20kb.
and they are cheating me . i download game, mp3, picture etc.
but my cash is gone 38rupees.there after no prblem ever at the 12th october . that sunday my 58rupees has gone.the coustomer care executive said to no:of servers is being open by me .they said they cannot help me .there after my 10rupees is going through all day .so please help me as a brother.

hi, i am Karan Gambhir...my prepaid number is [protected] and in the evening my today (14th October 2008) my balance got deducted by about 30 Rs for which i did not get ne msg from Airtel.

my balance was sumwhere close to Rs 144 and on checking in the evening my balance was Rs.114.

i tried complaining on the Airtel cutomer care but the executive did not have information about it, and he told me to call after 24 hours.

please note i am not using ANY extra service except for Hello Tunes for which already Rs.200 was deducted from my account.

I want a refund of those Rs.30 !!..its highly annoying.i am really really dissappointed with Airtel and request you to register a complaint from my side, and pls make sure a get a resolution for the same !

prepaid account — recovery of balance

from my mobile in one day there are two time charge dedicute for the RBT tune, i complained for it;
they told me that in 48 hours your balace will recover but till 100 hours completed my balance not recovered

whats this ???
and also not give a proper responce by the officer

I was downloading game.It was 96% downloaded but after that massege came that the downloading has been failed.I went to the airtel office for re-payment but they said NO saying that ur handset doesnt suport games and all.My handset no is nokia2626 and it supports games and also animations.plezz take further actions.

i am vipin kumar mehta from itarsi mp, i ihave been recharge my prepaid mobile conection recharge on 23-08-09 . and use the mobile net conction on the mobile to pc . i have deactivet my mobile net at last night . and 24-08-09 to on pc and not activeted condition on my mobile to pc net . and aifternoon time to my net conction dis concted and my mobile bal 73 Rs. to nil .28 pase. so what resion my account is balance .28 and my no. not attend to costmer care no. why resion this condition .
my conection is deactivete condition how many resion started net ?

AirTel — PREPAID ACCOUNT

Hello sir,
i would like to inform you that i have airtel prepaid SIM i.e. [protected]. i have using mobile GPRS since Apr 2010. In 25 September 2010 evening around 1500 hrs i have received a message from airtel service to renewed a service of video_mod subscription, i have been charged Rs.30 from my prepaid account. i am approach the customer care for airtel service i informed that there is no request to send my me on this service. the customer care officer has refund the same amount my account around 16:06.17 hrs on the same day after my telephone conservation. But, i have been charged for Rs. 129.00 for Games download- Rs.99 and AD pack- Rs. 30 without any type of request send to mine. i am call to customer service on 27 September 2010 atleast 07 times i have been charged for this 07 calls but no response for the customer service from airtel. Sir, please help me and refund the same my prepaid account. i am again confirm you that there is no request send to me neither SMS nor internet. so please take necessary action to this complaint please. for any type of enquiry please contact [protected]@gmail.com.

airtel /prepaid connection — balance reduces from my prepaid balance

I have prepaid connection of Airtel,due to last month shayri product automatic activated and deduct balance from my a/c i also complaint to customer care but still deduct balance amt per day. That time my a/c balance is -2rs how is it possible if my amount is 0 then company not give a facility for calling sowhy company deduct this amount reguraly.so please do some needful for this
