[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Connections — Unsubscribe to Airtel Live Jokes

I am owner of Airtel prepaid connection no [protected]. I have sent lot of messages to 121 & 54321 to unsubscribe to the Jokes package. but still the package is continued & amount is deducted from my account.

Airtel — joke pack not getting unsubscribed

my no. is [protected]. I have been trying to unsubscibe a joke pack from last 5 months but all in vain. everytime i get lot of reference no., assurances and apologies and sms format for unsubscription but nothing works and on 16th of every month Rs 10 are deducted from my balance. this time i got sms from 64611010 that i have been renewed for SM_103_SMS_SUBDELSMS on airtel IVR. Now the worst part with airtel is there is no option to talk to customer service executive but recorded message ask to sms ur query to 121 and your problem is never solved. has airtel got no money to employ curtomer service executives or they are least concerned about their customers?

Airtel Prepaid — jokes not stopped

my phone no is [protected], Imhave spoke 50 times with customer care to remove the jokes and stop deducting rupee one daily, but it is still continuing,
when will this nonsense stop I think AIRTEL IS A CHEATER AND i SHALL STOP MY INET CONNECTION ALSO AS i PAY 12000/ YEARLY IF THEY DONT TAKE ACTION AND STOP SENDING JOKES, THIS IS WASTING MY TIME AND THEY SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEIR OKhLA OFFICE 5432101 SERVICE CENTRE .
i AM GOING TO SUE THE COMPANY NOW FOR A LAC FOR WASTING MY TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY.

mu mobile no. is [protected]. Oneday, i started getting some sardarji jokes on my mobile from 543212. and i am being deducted 1 rupee/day, for the same. I have called the customercare, and they are also not responding. Kindly do the needful,

I have 5 Airtel no's for my family. So far this problem occurred in three of my nmbers.

I CALL AIRTEL A CHEATING BRAND. if this happens once, then i can agree that it may be technical.
What this cheating brand going to get with such activity while brands like DOCOMO, IDEA, BSNL are looking for the benefit of customers.

This unauthorised joke activation creates tension, anger and wastes lot of time.

BETTER CLOSE THE BRAND 'AIRTEL' if you cannot cope with the technical development. thats far better than creating such problems to the customers.

Airtel Prepaid Connections — regarding the prob in my sim card

my mobile number [protected] and sim number 9539 0 i have been using this number for past one year .The sim which i use is not functioning properly in any sony handsets. As per the advices from your service center i have duplicated my sim trice but still now i didn't find any solution and i there is no appropriate response form your side

Airtel seems to be having a full time 'Dirty tricks Deparment' working 24/7.
They say they have started 'Bikini Alert' or 'Matrimonials' and other assorted rubbish for Rs10 for 10 days and so on. And if I don't wnat I should sms STOP. You reply 'STOP'. They merrily inform you: 'Welcome. The service is started.' You frantically sms 'STOP STOP STOP'. They say they cannot process that. And they start deducting money wuith the regularity of a pendulum clock.
Why should the subscriber be asked to 'STOP' an unsolicited service. If he want he can sms 'START"
I don't know who runs this company but it is a shame that such a 'big' man should stoop to the level of a streetside pickpocket. And they do it better than any Fagin or the Artful Dodger.
It is like stealing candy from a child.
But at the end of the day I can't understand why I stayed with Airtel for as long as I did.
I have just given them the boot and switched to another service.. And for now 'Aall is well!'
