Airtel Prepaid — regarding gprs

Respected sir/madam,
I am using my airtel no. [protected] from last six years. I ocasssionally use net by my mobile through mobile office scheme charging Rs./- 10 per day. I can deactivate this scheme when I dont need it. But from from few months whenever I deactivate this scheme Airtel prepaid automatically activate another scheme o[censored]sing internet everytime without my concern.I am unable to deactivate the second scheme And whenever I tried to contact their customer care to deactivate this second scheme they are not recieving my call. They have deducted my much balance many times by this second scheme.Please help me to get rid of this.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

i m customer of Airtel prepaid. From some days , i m receiving an sms from 543216 (airtel) for chating on moblie, and charged Rs. 10/- from my balance and today he carged Rs. 20/- from my balance. but i dont want this service, when before some days, i was trying to stom this service but no any action from Airtel....

so, plz stop this msgs and like this service on my mobile or no.
plz give me my balance as soon as...

Airtel Prepaid — DEDUCTION

I have Airtel prepaid connection No. [protected]. On 15.12.09 at around 0840hrs while I was browsing NOKIA Ringtone I received a message that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted from my account for T-20 Cricket Service.I am surprised how a third party without my consent can deduct amount from my account. For this I again and again consulted Customer Care but they did not gave the satisfactory answer and passed the line to Manager. But both the time manager did not lift his phone and the line was subsequently disconnected. For this I wasted one hour trying to contact Airtel customer care but the service was made unavailable lateron.

Last week it is noticed that Rs 10 has been deducted from my account as the friends chat fee, after complaining with customer support it was de activated. Today again I have noticed tht certain amount is deducted from the balance amount.Also I am getting cricket score alerts which i have not enabled in my set.
kindly do the needful to avoid these type of deductions.

[protected], it was afternoon and i was sleeping and after getting up when i checked my mobile der was a reduction of 30rs with a msg tht ur hello tune has been activated although i hvnt used my cell in whole day . And when i m dialing customer care a msg is coming at the time of transfering call to helpline tht " plz msg airtel to 121 for balance n inquiry" n call is disconected..

Airtel Prepaid — Balance Deductions

Dear Sir,

My service provider (Airtel) deducted Rs. 30/- on 20th Dec. 09. And gives me reasons thay I have downloaded Java games that I havn't. And again they deducted more than Rs. 80/- on 23rd Dec. 09 without any reasons after making calls to customer care they are not giving me any reasons and without completing my views they putdown my calls and barred my no. to make any call to them again regarding such issue. I want refund all these balances.

im nandhini .. i m a airtel prepaid customer... recently on 24 dec 2009 my balance has been detucted .. just want to know for what service my balance has been detucted...

They did that to me too...its like taking money from our pocket without our consent, i strongly condemn this and i didnt expect such indisicpline from a well establised concern like airtel.

Airtel Prepaid — related to balance

I have recharcge a rs27 in my mob.no.[protected] on dated 06/01/10 as per displayed company message.as par company message in recharge of rs27 they were provide a balance of rs24 after 24hr.but they are not provide the balance.after complaint they are not provide me balance.

Airtel — Deductions on prepaid lines

Though i have not subscribed for the AirTel Tunes and other services, the company has automatically subscribed me and deducted money on two occasions. After requesting to cancel all such services, no refund is made. I think AirTel is resorting to this method to compensate for their loss due to the competition and low tariff.

Is there a possibility that they will listen to the consumers and do business ethically?

AirTel — balance deducted from prepaid

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, i myself Mr. UMESH REDKAR having a prepaid card bearing mobile nos,. [protected], further, i like to mention that i have not activated any services on my prepaid card, then also my balance is been deducted from the prepaid card.

Kindly look into the matter and immediately terminated all sms services from my prepaid card mention above and also give us the credit to my card deducted for services activated.

I am dis agree with the airtel because airtel start callertune automatically on my mobile before 3 days and they charged Rs.15 + 30.After this I call to the customer care but care is always busy, network problems everything is in airtel So i hope u will read this and help me to give me my balance

AirTel — deductions

dear sir .. this is anji reddy resident of hyderabad .. i was using airtel connection with mobile number [protected] since 2006 ... on 10 may i got sms saying to submit my documents again for reconnection and disconnected network ... when i wqent and submitted my docs i got recooection after 72 hours... to my suprise my validity and earlier available balance where not given to me after giving reconnection .... i have given a complaint and i was promised to give back my bal which is not done till now ... complaint no. is [protected]... if this is the case with every customer of airtel then that company will in profit of some croreas of rupees making all their customers really fools ....please look in this and do needful help as soon as possible plzzzz

Today i subscribed the mini internet plan for 50mb free @ rs 5. But our network is deducted my money for this plan further if i browes for that also your charging me, I not enjoyed free 50mb

Then what is use of entering into to plan? please explain!
