[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of Amount

I have pre-paid connection of Airtel (My Airtel No *[protected]*). ...
I recived a message from AM: GOANOW (saying service has been renewd without intimating charged is deucted Rs.15/ from my account .Actually i dont want this kind of thing i dont know how it has been activated first .I tried to contact customer care several times but failed. i had also send the message on *121*# But connectiviyt failed.
Again today on 29 may 13, same message came from AM GOANOW and rs. 15 deducted.It..
Toatal twice amount is deducted from account 15 x 2 =30
kindly pls refund my money & stop doing this such thing with inforimng customer .

AirTel — Deduction Amount

I have a mobil no. [protected] which is at Pune Maharastra. I have the prepaid card for use of this mobil and I always recharge the card .
Within last month some amount is deducted from my balance . Now I received the message that "Cooking tips amount Rs 3/- deducted "
I never subscribed for any such services from when I got this No.[protected]
So pl do needful refund my unauthorised deducted amount and don"t deduct any amount hereafter.
Early action in this matter is requsted.

I have an airtel account [protected]. this is the second time i am facing very bad experience with them. On 27th July, 2011 my account was credited with Rs.100 ( I have clear proof of this credit)and i did not use my account at all. On 5th dec. I made a credit of Rs.10 for keeping the account valid( this also I have proof of transfer CREDIT). To my surprise on 29th Dec when i wanted to use my account, there is a balance of 59 paise in that. I contacted airtel and what nonsense replies they are giving. First of all they are not reading or listening to the complaints. Just giving stupid replies. It is the customers will to use their account when they need. If I fill my account with unlimited validity it should stay there till the time i need. otherwise the provider should give an answer where the money has gone? I told them to give me any call or msg from this account during this period? For that they gives idiotic replies.
Their answer is stereo type ' WE HAVE CHECKED THERE IS NO BALANCE DEPLETION'. It is the responsibility of airtel to answer where the money has gone.

These people activates unnecessary things in our account and cheats the public. We all should join and raise the voice and bring this out through medias/channels to make the poor public aware of this. There are so many ways to bring this out. Poor public dont know about this cheating. Myself came to know of this because it was not used and the full amount is cut. No one checks n keeps the balance every time. Airtel makes use of this opportunity.

Previously also they had activated things in my account without my consent and i had a big fight with them. May be the staff are getting some incentives if they loot the customer and makes profit for the provider.Today they are telling within three months you have to put complaint otherwise cannot process. I put my complaint on the same day I noticed that my balance is looted.

It is time to voice against this CHEATING OF AIRTEL.

Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of Amount.

My name is Naveen Mehta, I am using one airtel prepaid no. (+[protected] from last 6 year. I recevied one free 500mb data usage of 3g from Airtel , and using the same as that was free. But suddenly on 27 Jan-2011. My balance got deducted by 140 INR Rs.

I called to airtel custmer care after that incident ,they gave me the date of resolution of the problem is 1 Feb, till 1 feb my problem was not resolved and also no calls recevied from airtel customer care regarding the same.

When I contact them again they told me that the balance is deducted becoz I used the data services ( But I had used the data usgae free given by airtel only. No body was listen my problem properly and they told me contact to nodal office we are not able provide you solution of my problem)


Request you to help me out with this condition. From last 6 yrs I am customer of airtel, but now i think if they will provide good service to customer then who will beleive on these.

AirTel — deduction of amount.

On my mobile no. [protected] there was activated some unwanted service on 3rd mar.From then i am not in Haryana. Daily 5 Rs are deducted. I complained many times and was told the service was deactivatedand your balance will refund. But still then 5Rs. daily deducts. No body hears. What should i do should i change operator.
