[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — recharge amount not credited

AirTel — Recharge amount not credited in Airtel Prepaid

I have recharged on my mobile number [protected] Rupees 2,010/- twice on[protected] Tx Id no: [protected] ) and another recharge on[protected] with Tx Id no:[protected] with a offer that Airtel will provide Rupees 1,100/- immediately after recharge of Rs 2,010/- in main account on recharge and subsequently Rupees 100/- would be credited in DA 8 account for next 11 months. I have received only Rs 1,100/- twice (on[protected] &[protected] after recharge but I'm not getting Rs 100/- in DA 8 account regularly.

According to my record I have received only 5 recharges of Rs 100/- each on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] in my DA 8 account. I have also lodged complaints with customer care 6 times with the following complaint numbers :

2. 43926686 on[protected]
3. 44038395 on[protected]
4. 44203284 on[protected]
5. 4408505 on[protected]
6.[protected] on[protected]
but no action has been taken so far.

Kindly send my account statement from[protected] till date[protected].

I recharged prepaid number [protected] on 5th november 2010 with Rs.100 for mobile top up through mobile banking which I avail on my mobile no.[protected].It is very much matter of concern that no crdit in terms of top up is received to the no.and the amount is debited instatantly.I have waited a lot almost 15 days for auto reverse, but I am still waiting.
so considerind all the facts and inforamation as stated above you are requested to do the needful so that I may get my Rs.100 immediatly.I'll be very thankful to you .
