Airtel Prepaid — Regarding submission of document | |||
Hi, I am using my airtel prepare number from last 7 years. i had submitted all my document when i had purchased airtel card. after 7 years today they are messaging me that your document is not available. i hav using airtel services from last one year sim no[protected] h-3 mobile no [protected] my no is now terminted from 17/03/2011.
on contacting to customer care executive he said that my "document are not submitted". but i have submitted my documents 3 times to my nearest airltel office, faizabad.when ever compapny asked to submitt them. i hav submitted last time in the month of october.i went to airtel office at once they said my documents are submitted in there records .now at this time i am very disturbed.plz solve my problem by activating my no. i hav very faith in airtel servics.
