[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of balance without any reason

Rs. 103.39 has been deducted from my account on 26th of Feb 2011 without any intimation to me.
I had requested the refund for same amount to me or describe for what it has been deducted without any massage.
I am waiting for the response till date
Customer care Executive has confirmed that I will get the response against my complain by 28th Feb., But still I have not received any response,
They are cheating the customers by not giving any response to the grivance.

AirTel — prepaid balance get deducted without any reason

I am having airtel mumbai card, my amount of 74 rs directly got deducted without any reason my cell no is [protected] amount debited on saturday 10 may still i have not being credited by that amount.

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I TOOK A NEW CONNECTION OF IDEA & AFTER GETTING IT ACTIVATED I RECHARGED IT WITH RS. 95, THAT GAVE ME THE BALANCE OF RS. 82.55 & ONE YEAR VALADITY. BUT AS I DIALED A LOCAL NO. & TALKED LESS THAN A MINUTE, THE BALANCE OF RS. 9.19 GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. KINDLY CLEARIFY THE REASON BEHIND THIS INCIDENT.

I am facing some problems with my airtel no. [protected].
On thursday night i checked my balance, it showed 22.64INR.
Than next day when i checked my balance, it showed 2.64INR.Rs.20 was deducted wiyhout any cause, without any intimation.
I dont even have any subscripton activated on my number.
At night i rechargwd my account wih Rs.150, my balance was 152.65 at that time after the re charge.
After 1 hour when i checked my balance again, it showd 53.65INR.
Rs.99 was again deducted.
When i registered the complaint at AIRTEL customer care, they were unable to give me any information about it.
The probality is that either my account is being hacked or AIRTEL has started looting the innocent public.
I want a detailed summary for the net deduction from my account and also i want a net summary of all calls and sms sent from my number.

I have received one ring tone today about a while ago, when I disconected it, immediately I got a message saying that you have sucessfully subscribed to some ring tones and your money Rs. 50/- is deducted.

I never wanted any ring tones or hello tones. I don't want to sucbscoribe to any tones or any thing.

I spoke to your call centre on 121 talked to Mr. Firoze and vasant. But they did not reposnd properly. they even don't know basics.

Immediatly cancell what ever subscriprion you are talking about. which neve4r wanted and refund my Rs. 50/-

Confirm this through return e-mail and send SMS on my mobile immediately.

Airtel — deduction in prepaid connection without reason

1. sms says, thanks for using superstar rajini [protected]@Rs50 service on airtelWAp sender..[protected]n 19th oct 2008. 2.Another sms says thanks for downloadingjava game from airtel live wap serviceyou have been charged Rs99. sender 64611099. my prepaid no is 91 [protected]. No request was made from my side to avail this services. I am wondering on what basis this was done. pl credit this amount to my account.. customercare at 121 did not responded to the querry. thank u... rajamohan

Many times I am harassed by Airtel.
Again I received three messages as below
1.Thanks for using celebyoga subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10.
This was received at 9:01pmon 14 May 2010.
2.Thank you for subscribing to [protected]@Rs.10/10 days.
This was received at 7:51pm on 14 May 2010.
3.Thanks for using Celebgossip subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10.
This was received at 7:41pm on 14 May 2010.
There is no reason for receiving such kind of SMSs.
Mr. Sunil Mittal kindly stop such customer harassment.
Prepaid balance deduction without any reason is a legal offence.

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of balance without reason

on 7th Jan. 2011 i got a message that Rs.99 has been deducted from my balance due to usage of airtel live facility.
i have neither used airtel live service nor downloaded anything, though i have made a complaint in the service centre on the same day, they gave me a complaint no. COLWO[protected] and said problem will be resolved within 24hr and i will get my balance back.
today(9/1/11) on again calling the call centre the senior executive(Mr. Ashish) said that computer is showing the usage of the service and so balance can't be refund.
What should i do now as i have not used airtel live for which i have been deducted my balance and also lost more money by calling service centre again and again.
my mobile no. is [protected] and is using this no. since june 2007, and before that also i was using airtel connection in UP for more than 3-4yrs.
i hope some person should seriously took my complaint or else my long term loyalty and trust will be lost from Airtel
thanks for paying attention to my query, but on contrary, nothing have been resolved, i just got a message and a call but didn't get satisfactory explanation. its all not about money but more about trust.
This is complaint regarding the deduction of balance twice and the customer care center unable to give any reason for same.

The amount once deducted was Rs. 99/- on 18th January for which they said I have used airtel live, which I have never used. Second deduction was on 24th January of amount Rs. 34/- for which the customer care center have no record as their server is down and he replied bluntly to me to call after 4 hours only.

For every query/complaint on customer care they charge us Rs. 0.50/- for every 3 minutes while we have to wait for at least 3-4 minutes to speak to them. Then they make us hold for 1-2 minute for checking the status regarding our query.

Hope to have some solution and reversing of my deduction.....
in my no.([protected]) a service of games loft activated without my permission and they detect 5rs per week from my main balance. please stop this such nonsence

On 20th January 2011, Rs. 99/- was deducted from my balance, while asking the customer care for same they said that I have used Airtel Live services for which they have deducted, but I have never used that. Adding to that, they said that, within 2 days i will get the call for reason, but i didn't get any call from them.

While inquiring again for same on 23rd, they said the server is down and bluntly asked to call after 4 hours. And on the same day again my balance was deducted by Rs. 30/- again for which the reason is unkown, as whenever i call customer care they have no reason about the deduction and they always provide one or the other excuses.

I have the Mobile No. of AirTel since its launching and is using it as a Prepaid Customer. Last week Rs. 40 was deducted from my account. I think that it might have deducted due to long call by mistake. Later on I recharge my mobile with Rs. 100/- and I got the approx. amount Rs. 88/-. But with in day I was surprised that the remaining balance in my account is Rs. 4/-. Then I come to know that the amount is deducted by the company knowingly. I approach the customer care and they told me that your complaint will be solved out by 25th January. When I contacted on 26th January 2011 again the Customer Care Executive give me 2-3 more days to pay the balance. It is very difficult for me to make calls because I am not recharging the phone because they might deduct the amount again. It is very sad thing on the part of AirTel. The customer is very hopeless because they not giving the solution for 6-7 days.

Airtel Prepaid Phone connection — Balance deduction without any reason

Today at 6pm I received one SMS that I have activiated Rupankar details in my mobile for Rs.10. They have deducted Rs.10 from my balance.I didnot activated anything in my mobile. On the other hand when I talked with customer care they are unable to say how it has been activiated. They disconnected the line after keeping it on HOLD.My balance also deducted Rs.1.0.
I want my money back.Pl.deactivate this rupankar facility.
I am keeping this number for last 10 years almost.This type of problem I faced earlier.Pl. refund my money immediately and stop this type sending SMS.
I will complain to higher management if this is not done immediately. I will also complainto my office where I will ask them to necessary action on Corporate facility.
I hope you will take na.
friend, you should drop email to the customer care and Nodal officer to the airtel of your region ...your problem will definitely solved. try to find out the email from google search
