[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — Inability to lodge complaint at Airtel

Dear sir, I have lost my mobile on 22 Mar 10. I had airtel prepaid connection. I want to register complaint and block my sim. I tried to contact airtel customer care to register my request. I was informed that as I was calling from my corporate no. I must try with some other no and contact customer care on [protected] however on calling I was directed by computer generated voice instructions to contact 198 and further to 121. Finally I could not reach any customer care executives. My complaint can not be taken by any other means. It is requested that the correct procedure may be informed or any tele no where i can contact executives to lodge request may be provided by airtel. With thanks Umesh patkar

Airtel Mobile — Extra Charges Without Any Feature, Company Have No Explanation

My Name Is NITIN AGGARWAL. I Am Using Airtel Mobile Last 7-8 Years With My Own Firm Name. Last 8 Months Airtel Charge Me Extra Ammount In My All Bills Without Any Services, And I Have To Pay Due To That Was My Company No. Airtel Dont Know Why They Charge, And They Also Replay That Why Are You Paid When You Are Not Useing Any Extra Services.

I HAD BEEN HOLDING A AIRTEL MOBLE NO.[protected] AND SUBSEQUENTLY SURRENDERRED AS THE PROMISES GIVEN AT TIME OF TAKING SERVICES OF THE AIRTEL WAS NOT MAINTAINED BY THE FIRM. AIRTEL. REPR5ESENTATIVE OF THE FIRM AIRTEL WAS TOLD ME WHILE ACCEPTING THE SCHEME OF RS. 299/- pm THAT THERE WILL NO HIDDEN CHARGES AND NO EXTRA PEMENT WILL BE CHARGED ON ANY ACCOUNT. BUTWHILE BILLING THEY CHARGES ME 1250/- TOWARDS THE ONE TIME CHARGES FOR WHICH I HAVE NEVER AGREED AND IT WAS NEVER TOLD ME AT TYHE TIME OF EXPLAINING THE SCHEME. CUSTEMOR CATE AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ARE HARRASING ME BY MAKING FREQUENTLY CALL AT MY HOME AND MY CELL ASKING FOR THE PAYMENT WHICH RESUL IN DISTURBING IN MY DAILY ROUTING LIFE PUTTING ME UNDER UN DUE STRESS AND MENTALLY TORTURRED IN SPITE OF EXPLAINING THE FACT THEY STILL BEHIND ME TORTURING FOR THE PAYMENT BY MAKING CALLS AT ANY TIME ANY DAY. WHEN I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED THE ACCOUNT CLOSURE NUMBER THEN WHY THIS TYPE OF TORCHURING EMETHODS ARE ADOPTED BY THE FIRM WHICH VOILATING THE RULES FOR MADE BY THE RBI THE COSTOMERSTHAT'S ALL. NOW I NEED REFUND OF SOME BALANCE AMOUNT OUT OF RS. 500/- WHICH I PAID AND NOT UTILISED UR SERVICES AND REQUESTED TO STOP THE SERVICES.

PL REFUND THE MONEY AND AS PER THE CLOSURE ID REFERRED TO ABOVE SERVICES WERE TERMINATED AND ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED.

yes exactlly, this compurised answering must be stopped as w are live and need to get a good answer from service provider. Why airtel does not understand this factor???. Are they thinking that there are no other mobile provider. It si a request to Airtel MGT to establish customer service effectively inorder to be the leader in the market or continue the same and loos all customer and be a another loser soon
