[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service — UNWANTED DEDUCTION OF BALANCE | |
After repeated deductions I got DND activated on 13/03/2011.But again BOLLYOODFISSION & BIKINIALERT was activated by Airtel Live.On 25 Mar I had toped up with Rs 87 /-. But on 27/03/2011 I found the balance is only Rs 37 /-.Today The Customer Care Representative is telling that I have activated the above services on 25/03/2011 and 26/03/2011.They are not able to tell the time of activation request from me. May I get the money back or I can take proceed to get justice against this fraud. Was this information helpful? | |

Airtel prepaid mobile service — Charged Rs.0.30/0.31 continuously
Today, on[protected], I was continuously charged Rs.0.30/0.31 after every few seconds on my prepaid mobile No.[protected]. around 10.00 pm to 11.35 pm.121 service was not of any help as whenever I was asked to connect to customer care executive there was no response for about 15 time. just toon .. toon.. noise every time.
In emergency, Airtel cannot be contacted on any direct phone or mobile or email.
Poorest show Dear Airtel...
Shame on YOU.
You deducted about 27 rupees for no fault of mine.
What is paining is that you have left no way to contact you except 121 which is 99% is non-functional. Even your website could not lead me to any contact in such an emergency.
Shame on You.. Dear Airtel. I am tacking up this matter with Comsumer Association as well as Ministry of Communication and TRAI.
