Airtel Prepaid — Unwanted SMS - Airtel prepaid mobile | |||
Hi, I am a Airtel prepaid customer. Airtel is sending SMS from AX-SYCRKT. I have not subscribed, but still every now and then cricket sms are sent to my mobile. And also Rs. 1 is being deducted from 29.05.2012. Kindly unsubscribe the VAS for cricket and revert the amount. Also cancel all the VAS, I wish to be in Don't Disturb Mode. I AM ALSO A SUSCRIBER OF THREE 3 SIM CARDS IN MY NAME AND THE SMS FROM UNWANTED AND UNSUSCRIBED ENTITIES VIZ. AT-SYCRKT AND ARE BEING RECEIVED AND THE CHARGES ARE BEING DEBITED FROM MY PREPAID AMOUNT. IF THE COMPANY WANTS TO MAKE PROFIT THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT CHOICE BY CHEATING THE POOR SUBSCRIBERS.
WITH NO TOLERANCE FROM THE AIRTEL, I HAVE REGISTERED MY NUMBER FOR DO NOT DISTURB CATEGORY AND TO THE AGONY THE SMS ARE BEING RECEIVED.
WHEN THE INDIVIDUALS AND THE COUNTRY IS BEING BURDENED WITH SO MANY ISSUES, WHO IS BOTHERED WHICH CRICKETING TEAM IS WINNING OR LOOSING.
ALSO THERE IS NO PROVISION IN THE SMS RECEIVED PARTICULARS TO UNSUBCRIBE

Nothing had done to the issue till date. I am still getting messages from AX - AIRDLT, AX - SYCRKT etc. Even the amount deducted as Rs. 1 per day is not credited into my account, kindly credit the amount in my account.
Cancel all the VAS, I wish to be in Don't Disturb Mode.
