Airtel Prepaid — problems in outgoing calls | |||
Sir, I have been using airtel prepaid number since January 2010 my number is [protected]. I have been facing problem in outgoing calls whenever i call it never get connects. I have lodged my complaint at 121 customer care number because airtel's complaint helpline number 198 is absolutely useless whenever i called no executive came to receive the call,then i called at chargeable number 121 but they were just unable to resolve my problem. I request u to rectify my outgoing calls problem as soon as possible and take strict actions against airtel prepaid services. Thanks & Regards Priya Malviya Jhansi (U.P.) i am jaya krishna using postpaid more then 3yrs, but recently i converted same number, ie.([protected]) to prepaid. after converted more then one week of activation.. now sim is not in condition to make outgoing and incoming. i contacted airtel office at kormangala and submitted the applications, address proof with photo, and took the duplicate sim of same number. but not yet activated, maximum time i approached the airtel office at kormangala but my problem not solved.
