my name is shashi bhoosan mishra, mo. no.[protected].maine[protected] ko apne no. par 118 ka tarrif recharge karwaya.jis se meri call rate 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM 50 paise aur baki time me 30 paise ho jani thi lekin meri call rate change nahin hui.[protected] ko maine iski complaint 121 costumar care pe ki jiska SR no.CUIVR[protected] hai.iske baad[protected] ko mere no. pe sms aya"your service request no..CUIVR[protected] related to 121 IVR concern has been resolved".lekin aaj tak mere no. pe call rate 60 paise par minit hai.custumar care ko call karne par wo koi response nahin de rahe.aur is pireod me mere lagbhag 300 Rs ka loss ho gaya.so plz sir,halp me.(plz mere 2nd no.
