[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — You are not allowed to call on this Number | |||
Sir, I have a Airtel Prepaid SIM which I am using for more than 2 years. From past 1 year, when I try to make an outgoing call to some specific Mobile Phone Numbers belonging to my friends, call does not connect and I hear a pre-recorded message - "you are not allowed to call on this number". I have asked my friends to check with their service providers and their service providers have confirmed that there is no issue on their mobile numbers. I have raised a complaint with AIRTEL as well but so far I have not received any solution. Every time I speak to their customer care, the only message they give is that they have escalated to higher autorities in their betwork department and issue would be resolved in next 48 hours but so far nothing has happened. I have air tel prepaid connection and every time I try to call a particular number ([protected]) the voice response 'You are not allowed to call this number' crops up. When I complained to the customer support, I was suggested to select mannual mode net work connection and restart the phone. I did exactly the same. Still no solution. I have sufficient currency balance to make std calls.

I have the same issue and I'm not able to call anyone.. Even those I've called before.. I'm a prepaid user and my number is [protected]. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible
