[Resolved]  Airtel — FRAUD BY AIRTEL

THERE HAS BEEN A HUGE FRAUD BY AIRTEL, I BOOKED DTH 999 PLAN AND I WAS SAID THAT MY INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE WITHIN 2 DAYS.
ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW NO ONE AS COME TO DO THE INSTALLATION.

ON CALLING CALL CENTER THEY SSAID SOMEONE WILL COME AND ISNTALL. I GOT A CALL FROM THEIR ENGINEER AND THEY ASK 500 RS FOR COMING TO HOME.

SHAME ON AIRTEL FOR DOING SUUCH A FRAUD. AIRTEL IS A BEGGARTEL.

I am a customer of Airtel. My mobile No. is [protected]. Company has activated a WOMENPORTAL pack and deducted Rs.30/- from my balance. I received their message Dated- 18.8.2012. This they have done without my consent. They have automatically activated the pack.
This is totally fraud with me. If they not refund the deducted balance than I have change the Airtel service on my mobile.
I want them to return my account balance as soon as possible and I just want stop all additional services.
I am very disappoint about their services.

I had purchased mobile internet services for Rs.125 from the Airtel website on 26/10/14. The service offered mobile internet of 525MB which would be valid for 30 days. This morning (9/11/14) I received a message from Airtel saying that my mobile internet had been deactivated and hence they have been deducting from my main balance. I called up Airtel customer service and asked them about it. In the first call, they said that the problem was with my phone and not their service. I checked my phone and it was working alright. I called them again. They said that I had recharged from some other private site and they were not liable for it. However, I had recharged from the Airtel site only. The third time I called I gave them my airtel recharge transaction id in spite of which they said that I had not recharged at all and their data does not show any proof of my transaction. When I called for the fourth time, they said that I had recharged but however, the validity of the service was only for 14 days and hence it had expired. The service is still available on their website and it clearly shows 30 days validity. I have been harassed by Airtel customer service with each of them giving completely distinct responses on the same issue. Due to this I have not only been unable to use the mobile internet pack which I spent Rs.125 on, I also lost Rs.50 from my main balance despite having proof of my recharge being done on the above mentioned date. I had to recharge again in order to activate the services again. This is the 4th problem I have faced with Airtel in the past 3 months.
