[Resolved] Airtel — AIRTEL PREPAID RECHARGE FAILURE | |||
A sum of Rs. 333 was recharged for the Airtel No.[protected] on 21.02.2011, 12:45 p.m. through ICICI online banking. The transaction reference is as under: BIL/[protected]/0117/[protected]/91973 DR Despite successful debit at the site, I received a message stating "Your recharge request could not be processed. Please try after sometime." On calling up Customer Care, i got an assurance that the amount will be added to my balance. I received a request reference no: CANRC[protected] However, the balance has not been added.
