Hi

My number is [protected] . My complain is on a airtel customer care officer . His name is Rohit. picks a call when called from Pune . Who just makes false promises . I got a new airtel connection which was post paid . For which I have given my license as address proof . They rejected my government issued address proof saying the photo has been stuck. Then this fellow Rohit asked me mail my Pass port scan copy to [protected]@gmail.com . Which I did . Even after that they blocked my number and told me to Contact the airtel showroom. When I went there . They are asking me to fill all the details again and submit all the proofs again. When I call AirTel customer care . There is no one who knows english there . Then why the hell do you give an option for english. Airtel has a good name in our country . It is only because of few people who does not do their work properly . It ruins its own name.

I totally agree with the compliant posted by Angu against Libra Communication. I have been undergoing a similar "indefinitely delayed" experience with Libra Communication people. In my case, I have been interacting with customer care execs Ms Pooja and Ms Harsha. It is a case of getting the prepaid SIM ownership changed and then subsequent change from prepaid to postpaid. It has been almost a month now and I am still being told that it will happen "shortly". I hope I too can get some kind of response from Airtel Presence soon.
