I have paid Rs.400/- towards recharge (top-up) of Airtel mobile No. [protected] through my ICICI Credit Card (online transaction Id: [protected]) on 30-3-09. ICICI has confirmed that the payment has been made to you and the transaction was successful. But the credit for call time of Rs. 400/- is still not received on mobile No. [protected] for which the recharge was made. Request immediate action along with email confirmation.
