[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding Change of Name wrongly registered on my name | |||
I am using an Airtel prepaid number from July 2008. Recently when i downloaded a app on my smartphone it showed the number registered in the name of Chandan. Although i got it registered in the name of my father Mr. Rajesh Kumar Saxena. Now when i contacted their office, I got the answer that there is no solution to this Problem and the name cannot be changed. It would be a big problem for me in case the sim is lost or is damaged. So kindly help me in getting the number in my name or the original name i.e. my father's. Its the only contact number in all my Contacts and i cannot afford to lose it. I am ready to provide all my original documents again and all the details about this number in last 4.5 yrs. Was this information helpful? | |||
