[Resolved] Airtel — regarding deduction of balance from prepaid connection | |||
i have made a online recharge to my no [protected] on 15 august at 7pmwth 200 rs . next day my whole amount was deducted. when inquir yours co.executve told me that it is becouse of data usage.for your knd notice have Wi-Fi n my home and offce both . I have another prepaid connection of aircel for data usage n my moble. and your company s dong this agan and again .As i am a old coustmer of artel it is very painful .when again i connect to your executve he disconnected my phone.kindly refund my money .as it is not becouse of data usage.i am very disapponted becouse it is happenng again and again Was this information helpful? | |||
