AirTel — Restriction of Outgoing calls

Dear Sir,

I have purchased SIM of Airtel during 2002 (pre-paid) having No. [protected] & using the same number till now and have never faced any problem, till date. During last year, I had received a message from your end to submit the document proof, ID proof & photo and accordingly I had submitted to your Belgaum College Road Office.

Now, on[protected], again I have received a message from your end to submit the documents & photo again before[protected]. Accordingly, I had submitted the required documents to your Belgaum College Road Office. They have accepted the documtns on[protected] only but, they have not filed any form in this regard.

Now, I have received a message from your end on[protected] stating " as the documents have not been submitted, your outgoing calls have been restricted". What is this.

I am using the same number since 2002 and receiving your messages too... why you are stopping the outgoing calls. I am a working women, outgoing calls are very much essential to me. Hence, please look into the matter and start immediately the outgoing call facility to my sim number [protected] & confirm the details per return.
