[Resolved]  Airtel — mobile

I have taken 3 phone connection from Airtel with CUG fecility 4 years back,
in addition to that 4th connection also taken with same facility aduring april-10, after that out of three one cug connection has been surrendered.but m/s Air tel is disconnected my 4th connection also, which is inconvinient to me ,also not responding praperly.

Hi I was using my airtel postpaid number [protected] from the last 2 years.
I lost my job in sep08.But I had made a payment of 2091 on 22 sep 08.
Again on 13Dec 08 I had made a cheque payment of 4000rs, at that time your executive Pawan Rawat mob no [protected] told me to pay
only 4000 and the rest 1359 wil be waived off.I was supposed to receive a letter from Airtel regarding the full and final.
After trying hard to reach Pawan Rawat, no response from his side.No field visit and no tellecalling after 13 DEC08 for the remaing amount.
Now u people has send me a court order, which is unlawful, and yet i never received a bill of 5300rs approx.

SIR,
I am going to launch a complaint against Airtel Company. From Last 8 Days they people have closed my Outgoing & SMS or other services. I have dail call to costumer care, but all Executives are giving no right information. When I talk a Executive, he is call your phone in being start after 4 hrs, but today is after 8 days my phone is not started. then tell me what I do. second think is this that Executives dissconnect phone in talking period. so tell me where I complain.

Please .. Please help me... I m very upsate to take Airtel connection.

Sir i have received a call from your collection centre from moblie no.[protected] mr harnder and he has use some abouse language with me same time i have compalint on 121 dated 24.12.2009 complaint no. 29556211 .
up to 27. nov 2009 no body call me as a feed back than i call 121 dated 27.11.2009 and my call forward to team laeder rekha sharma but she is very stuped lady and she also use some abuse languugee with me, than i approach to nold office manpreet kaur but her attitiude is so lazy aftre ttaht i have call ot appilite oficer parbhjoyt kaur but she is also behave like her. so i write a mail to you.

sir your company have provide a facility on [protected] this person call to any body but than anty body call on this mobile than maassgee ” thsi no not in use” this facilety is misuse by mr. harinder singh . so please take a skite action against [protected] & above said your emplyee.

i get a mobile no [protected] on 06 Apr 2010 after one week my mob no not activated. i facing lots of problem i not contact my famil and friends. my lots of work on pending. so pl activate my mobile no at the earliest.
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Abdulla. I was using Airtel phone no [protected] for more than 5 years and now this number was disconnected without any intimation from your side. In fact I am working in DUBAI and I was using this number in roaming and also I was recharging this number regularly as and when required.
Please let me know that why this is happening and what will happen for my credit which
was available in that phone.
At any cost I want to re-instate that phone because I have given that contact number to my banks and other contacts.
i have request for active for 3g plan in my handset and i m using airtel prepaid
I am talking your customer care Representative and he told service start on 4 hours but after 24 hours service has not start.

im neeraj puro. my mob number is [protected]. im fed up airtel customer service. these hav activated sum msg pack despite my regular complaints of deactivating it. even after activanting the pack they are cutting the money from the balance for sent msgs. im gonna change airtel for sure through MNP this time. vodafone will be the best idea. in a day if airtel doesnt remit my balance n more n im gonna change it.
