For which i got a huge mount of rent.This 3G connection they have been provided forceably & on enquire from the customer service i come to know that though i have used the 3x mobile they have provided 2months free 3G services but in 3rd month instead of removing the 3G connection they have extended the services for which my bill amount increased. It is totally astonishing me how without request they are providing 3G connection while i have option for Rs98/-GPRS scheme. I have alrady informed them to leaveoff the amount which has been charged other wise i not pay. inspite of my warning they have also extended the service without disconnecting. So Please take appropriate step to decided what type of steps to be taken against Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
