[Resolved] Airtel Service Provider — STOP DND

I HAVE REQUESTED TO STOP DND SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ON 1909, BUT TILL DATE I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SMS . ON CALLING 1909 AND 121 THEY SIMPLY DENY TO HELP ME OUT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE ACTIVATION OF THE SMS FROM LAST ONE MONTH BUT NO POSITIVE RESULT. I HAVE STOPPED GETTING IMPORTANT SMSS FROM ALL CATAGORIES. WILL THE TRAI PAY ME BACK THE MONEY FOR LOSS AM BEARING NOW?

Subject: Frequent call & SMS from Airtel

My No. is [protected] and I have already registered for DND but I am frequently getting call from [protected], [protected], [protected] and also I am getting promotional SMS from 650011, 608212, 650001, 650050, 650008, 602601 and some more numbers.

Kindly arrange to stop these unwanted call & SMS.
