Dear Sir/madam
I am one of the exploited customer/user of Airtel Broadband company. I am using Airtel broadband connection since Oct 2008. My Airtel landline number is[protected], account number is 14301700 and my mobile number is [protected]
On[protected] I had give connection shifting request. The request number is 5744075. Shifting request is for the same pin code locality.
In this past four weeks, I really felt cheated by Airtel, as still the case is open and none is turn-up to resolved the case.
In this past four weeks i had called every day to customer care executive , and your every executives had said that the connection will be shifted in next 2-3 days.
In meanwhile I had spoken to your Manager Hariom (mobile no- [protected]), Nishant (mobile no-[protected]) and Raju (mobile no-[protected]) also. Every manager had promised that they will personally follow-up the case and will resolved the issue in max 2-3 days.
To give more confidence they had shared their mobile number for any further direct-communication.
But my nightmare experience is that none of the above manager had turn-up to pickup the call, even literally I had call them for more that thousand times.
Till date-everyday I am calling to your customer care center and after around 1 hr waiting/conversation, ( which case a heavy call charges on my mobile number) I got the same repeated answerer that due to some technical reason I have to wait for another 2-3 days for shifting.
I request you to kindly shift the connection to the new address on URGENT BASIS.
I am also going to request in consumer forum regarding the same on www.consumercomplaints.in/, if I will not get any fruitful reply from your side in time of two working days.

Airtel — DAY LIGHT CHEATING
I have subscribed for 'FUN' messages package but the messages that are flashed by sms are same repetitive stale stuff. The same messages have been sent by AIRTEL earlier. Also, I haven't subscribed for Hello Tunes but money is being deducted monthly.Why is the company cheating consumers like us ?
Kindly help.
