I am SUDHANSU SEKHAR GURU. Last 2 week ago I bought a nokia mobile and get a sim card free. the shopkeeper said it will be activated in 24-48 hrs. Now even after 3 week my sim and number has not been activated. I have furnished all the identity proof required. My sim number is[protected]( H-2). Kindly take action. my work is being delayed.

AirTel — not getting a sim even after one week
This is to inform you that I Madhumita Das presently working with Icfai University, jharkand Ranchi had applied for a pre paid mobile service.My mobile no is [protected].even after submitting all the documents this company is playing with me.after a week also they are not able to activate my sim.so is it the way to treat a customer who is going in a legal way to get a connection?
