[Resolved] Airtel — STOP - ALL ACTIVATED CHARGEABLE SERVICES

i am orthopaedically handicapped person.My hands and Legs are not functioning properly. How can I activate the chargeable services.
I have not activated this service but don't know how z this been rendered to me and I have been charged even for this Rs.30/-Per month.
I tried to stop this service through message..and approached to customer care but no use, ...please stop this service as immediate as possible, .as I really not at all interested in paying for it.

AirTel — chargeable service activated

continue balance deducted from 9 july 2011 for Hungama club service activated. without my activation.
I have call to customer care. and worte the mail nodel officer & appellate.hp but no response from there side no reply till yet.
I do attach mail sent to nodel officer & appellate.hp for your reference as below.
pl do needfull action .

EVEN TWO TIME I HAVE TALK TO YOUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE THEY REPEATED SAME CONVERSATION AS OTHER EXECUTIVE. TODAY (14/07/11) YOUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE so rude with ME VERY ADVERSE LANGUAGE AND DISCONNECT MY CALL.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The only word I get to explain Airtel customer service is PATHETIC and DISGUSTING .
I have planned finally to quit Airtel and would never get back to Airtel in future and will never ever recommend Airtel to anybody.
CONTINUE MY BALANCE DEDUCTED FROM 9JULY 2011.
PL REIM BURS MY BALANCE & STOP THIS SERVICE IMMEDIATE.

I HOPE THAT TREAT THIS MATTER URGENTLY & RESOLVED THIS ADVERSE SITUATION.
PL DO NEEDFULL ACTION.
