Airtel — Being deaf to the customer requests | |||
I'm using airtel broadband for an year, and I chose Airtel for the best service which it, once, was providing. But now, it has been almost 10 days since I made a request to Airtel for plan migration, for which they said it'll be migrated in 5 days. But I haven't even had a confirmation call or any kind of response/follow-through from their side till now. I'm fed-up calling up the customer care and hear the same comment, "It is under process and will be done by today," everyday. So I called the appellate officer, but shockingly, even he didn't know the status of my request. The growing number of customers is making them too frivolous to the requests and grievances of the customers. And now I'm switching to Reliance. AIRTEL HAS BECOME TOO CHEAP IN SERVICE AND COSTLIER IN TARIFFS So people, please be heedful in choosing the service providers as the companies that were considered great in providing service has now become one of the worst-ever!
