Airtel — Fraud Executive Cheated

My Name is Kannan I am From Chennai. I have applied Airtel Broadband Connection a few weeks ago. One of the Aritel Executive Named Senthil came to my House on Friday 24.06.11 for getting my details his number is [protected] he asked me to fill the form and asked to pay the advance rental for my plan its Rs 1400. I paid that to him he gave me a copy form the Airtel form and told me that i would get connection in 2 days. But still now no update i tried calling is number but it was switched off all the time. When i called airtel customer care they asked for the form number i gave them they told the form details are not logged in. Don't know what to do and how can i get my Money Back.
