[Resolved]  Airtel — tariff voucher

Sir,
I have recharged with tariff voucher with Rs. 23 on 21 July 13. This plan is costing me more,so I want to switch over to another plan. On 25 July 13 I have recharge with tariff voucher with Rs 24/- for reducing STD call charge. But air tell has not activated my new plan and continue to force me to use old plan. after talking with customer care they denying me the new service by giving the statement that we are giving me the cheaper service. But I want the service latest one for which I have paid the Rs. 24/- latest. they are still forcing me to use old plan.

AirTel — ABOUT TARIFF

I have purchased prepaid sim for prepared from retail shop at nandi street, Kolkata on 23.07.2009 the cell no is [protected] with promo offer having std facility in 75 paisa/min for onr year. But now if I make the call on std on cell phone.it is charging Rs 1/ min. How it is hapennig and what, what is companies accontability regarding this, Pl coinfirm.

Sir,
My contact no is [protected] Punjab circle after talking with customer care executive they have refunded Rs. 24/- still they are forcing me to use old plan which I do not like to use old plan till 28 day. My motto is once money is accepted by company they should change my plan.
