[Resolved] Airtel Telephone — Disconnection Request not processed since past 2 months | |||
Sir, I have made several requests to Airtel for Disconnection of Telephone Number[protected] since September 08, 2010. However every alternate day I receive a call from them and they suggest one or the other requirement to fulfil and not ready to disconnect. The Reference No of complaints made by me are as follows Disconnection of Telephone Number[protected] w.e.f. Reference No. Qrc1725588 dated September 21, 2010 Reference No. 38996776 dated October 21, 2010 Reference No. Qrc2023481 dated October 25, 2010 Reference No. 39346956 dated October 31, 2010 Please help for disconnetion of my Telephone Number[protected] and for obtaining refund of my security deposit immediately. Airtel — Non processing of disconnection request
Dear Sir/Madam,I had taken an Airtel Broadband connection at my residence. The performance of the connection was not at par with what was promised while selling the connection to me.
Unsatisfied with the connection performance, I had written a mail to Airtel to disconnect the service. The mail was written on the very next day to my connection activation date.
Since then there has been no activity from Airtel side towards disconnection, but they are continuously sending me bills and payment reminders for the same.
I have conveyed my desire to disconnect the connection during several of the customer care calls, but every time instead of taking a disconnection request each time they said that they would remove the technical problem which is creating hindrance with optimal performance of connection.
What should be my course of action from here.
