[Resolved]  Airtel TV — To Deactivate airtel tv

Dear sir/madam
I m prepaid customer. My airtel no. [protected], the airtel tv has automatically on my no. And from last 20 day i am calling customer care 2 deactivate this service
Every day 10 Rs. Deduct from my account. I'm fed up of this service,
Please deactivate this service and see that it won't get activate again. I called customer care but unfortunately they don't help
Please sir/madam help me and deactivate this airtel tv from my no.

Iam airtel prepaid customer.my number is [protected], hyderabad.airteltv service has activated automatically to my number, i was charged with Rs32, Rs150 in a 15days gap.i not applied for any service.i called customercare manytimes, but no use.i not even visited the apalya site or downloaded the application in my mobile.

Sir, plz deactivate the service for my account, and make sure that credit my money into my account.

I have Airtel prepaid account. My number is [protected]. Airtel TV service has automatically activated on my number. I have been charged Rs.176 from sept 5, 2011 to present. I have called many times to customer care. But all in vain. So, Please deactivate this service as much as possible and make sure that cerdit my money into my account.

airtel custmer care is just a formality for the company. I am useing BSNL for 7 years and uninor for 1year but never faced such a disappontment like Airtel.
I have made up my mind to change my service provider to BSNL.
BSNL call rates are little costlier compare to airtel but still it never does such a irresponsible and fake cost deduction.
I also like to request other to do the same, only by such activity airtel can undersand the value of customers.

dear sir,
last two month i have face problem some channel is not showing in my tv. my connection no is ID [protected] and using south mega pack, form 24th april 2013 my wife give complaint regularly but not respond every time give some date & time but no technician or eng visit my place to attend complain.
