[Resolved]  Airtel — Unable to make calls to STD landline number

This is highly ridiculous i had make this complaint almost a year back and it is still not fixed.

i had raised a complaint with airtel almost a year back on 15th April 2012 , saying i cannot make calls to any STD BSNL landline numbers.I got a from airtel customer care saying it is resolved.

As on date 1st April 2013 i still cannot make STD calls, this is the limit.I have been a loyal customer of airtel in the past 10 years inspite of changing numbers and cities but this response it truly disappointing.

I expected much better service from a reputed telecom provider airtel. I think its time i should switch to one of your competitors.

Airtel you are now forcing me to do so, this is my second complaint to you, but i think its tim ei realise i am not a valued customer to you.


Expectin a quick fix atleast after 1 full year.Attaching prior email.

Hi,

i received a call from airtel saying issue his been resolved.
