[Resolved] Airtel — Unnecessary balance deduction and no refund | |||
Hello my name is zuzer, i recharged with rs. 120 and the very next day rs 30 was deducted without any reason. I had an active internet plan. my no. was blockd so i couldnt call the customer care executive. the same thing repeated on20/01/2013 and this time rs 100 was deducted. lucky i could connect to customer care so the aggreed to their mistake and register my complaint. complaint no. CWRCH[protected]. they promised that i wil get the refund my 22/01/2013 but till date i havnt receive a any refund. Plz help me its my monthly expence on my mobile. AirTel — Unnecessary Balance Deduction-No Refund as of now
Yesterday[Nov 19th] my balance of Rs 52 was completedly deducted for the usage if Airtel LIVE when my phone was in locked mode and when i had not even touched my phone during thst period of time . I DID NOT use Airtel live but my balance has got deducted. I called the Customer Care immediately to address the issue at 10:50 PM, but they have failed to take any action on it. I have again spoken to Customer Care-Shiva Kumar and he refuses to refund the amount or take any action on the issue.I have been using Airtel for nearly 7 years and BSNL, Tata Docomo etc also, never faced these kind of issues with other providers. I dont see the necessity to cheat customers like us and deduct money in an unfair manner like this. The quality of Airtel network is becoming very low and cheap these days.
