sir,my no is [protected] i ve taken this no recently.2 days before i ve recharge with 120 rs amount is being deducted automatically i dont understand why it is being deducted plz help me out will be thankful to u.

I just get message from no. 64611025
that u have been renewed for subscriptionservice on Airtel IVR, charges rs.25,
& that amount deducted from balance
till now i don't know or Customer care don't give me any explanation about my query.
i have prepaid connection of airtel, i recharge teriff of Rs 42, in which local & std 100 msg free but amount deducted from balance
and when i call to complaint on198 they baard my call till now i don't know or Customer care don't give me any explanation about my query.
when my sim is not in use (out of mobile for some tine ) a Rs 30 has deducated. coustmer care can"t explain the reason. please look into the matter
My mobile number is [protected]. I have been charged Rs 5 daily for some 'Airtel nod vod of the day' for a long time, nearly 15 days. I never applied for any such service. I have lost a lot of balance and feel cheated. I expect a quick action from u. Please help.
Balance of my mobile no [protected] worth Rs. 90 had been deducted on midnight 24 May 2011. When I called customer care they told me that a service number had been dialed from my number but it is false. They failed to explain me what was that number and for what. My mobile phone was kept on the self and the room was locked.
After several complaints to airtel customer service they keep activating there services as if they are immune from any physical law of this country, i dont understand how they are getting away with such, i have activated do not disturb (DND) on my dad's mobile almost six months ago but he still gets messages and unwanted services activated, yesterday his balance gone to Rs 16 from Rs 120 something, when i called the customer service they said that the particular mobile number has 4 services activated on it. I asked how did that happen and they very politely said that 'you have activated it sir'. Only thing my dad use his phone for is to make and receive calls, i dont understand how difficult is it to maintain a good business stratergy we as Indian customers never had big expectations from the service providers anyways but atleast people except that there money does not get stolen like this, airtel and many other service providers are corporate thieves, if we catch a normal thiefs we can handover them to police but these are diffrent kind of thiefs that steal money from you in broad daylight and nothing will happen to them.
i dont know wether they are going to refund the money or not or they even care care about there customers anymore but this is my dad's number [protected].

All that happened is you called my dad and told him that you cant get the dates when you have deducted the balances according to your whims and fancies, airtel is such a big company and it makes me laugh when they say they cannot get the dates when the customer recharged or when they automatically deducted the balances, here you say right above my post that the concern is been resolved, if its resolved then where is the money you took just like that, above everything we cannot do anything about it, anyone who is going to read this total conversation will come to how bad is airtel as they self proclaimed that the issue is solved and they wanted to contact 121. 121 is just like a deaf ear they just left poor souls in there call center to listen to people and do nothing about it, please if anybody is reading this post just add your experience with airtel right below so that no customer falls prey to their corporate veil.

Please STOP the unwanted services on my phone and every few days i get one or another service started on my mobile and when i get to know already a good amount get deducted, i also experienced highly unprofessional customer service you provide,

i was talking to one of your customer care officer and could contact him after a long wait, and the person after hearing my complaint just hung up, i called again and this time reached to a lady named "Ayesha" after explaining my concern she ensured that all my deductions will be refunded, however its been a week already and money is still getting deducted,

Its something really frustrating from Airtel side, i have been using Airtel from past 9 years, however now fed-up and may look for another service provider.

request you to look in this and refund the money which has already got deducted and going on,

Hi Rakesh,

i did receive a sms which reads that i will get call from airtel, however so far haven't received any, however some rupees are getting deducted regularly from my account,

I hope that someone from airtel will call me before all my balance get finished, moreover i need a permanent solution to this problem,

my balance from No.[protected] have deducted many times on the name of some java games or some cricket updates types, further i have complained many times to customer care,but no statisfactory solution received till date. My 198 customer care services have also blocked after that.

Further I have already activated DND on my No. [protected].

please do some needfull.
