[Resolved] Airtel USB Modem Net Connect — unable to open telnet port 6013 | |
Dear sir, I am using airtel usb modem net connect no. [protected] form last 8 month,form last month i am using atrade software which requre telnet port 6013 to be active but during use of software i unable to open port 6013. i request sevral times to airtel airtel costomer care to activate port 6013 but no responce.Due to above problem i am fasing lot of poblem. AirTel — Airtel -USB modem and connection
I have purchased the USB (http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/Airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/wireless+internet/usb+modem/pg_fy_wi_usb+modem). I assumed decent connectivity and bandwidth. I have used similar connection from Reliance.But unfortunately descion to buy the Airtel product was a wrong one. its been hardly a week and i haven't had one decent session on the net.
I am not expecting anything less than a full refund of Rs.3500/-.
I have contacted customer care on 121, 7070 etc. i have also requested the sales agent also for the same. i would not recpmmnd the service under the current service levels.
i would be interested in the Airtel broad band connection. i have been using airtel products for the last few 5 years but this experience has left me sad.
i would liek some help on this if company officials are listening.
