For the last 3/4 months I am unable to send SMS from my airtel no. [protected], whereas there is no problem in receiving SMS but SMS out going is blocked or does not accept the command.
Thereby, I would be obliged if you could look into the matter.

i am chitti babu from anantapur sir i have lost my airtel sim but next day i can replacement the sim with same number but on that day evening onwards it will not working and it shows insert sim but i try it in some other mobiles it says same thing then i can move to nearest airtel showroom but the people says the answers like we only response upto activation the sime reject means its not airtel problem like that and the people advice me you can complaint to consumer court i am very disoppointed that answer my mobile number [protected] its my rejected number please advise me what i have to do now please sir
sub: issue the duplicate sim card

i was change my sim card due to sim card rejected and issue duplicate sim card on 07-oct-09 at 6.30p.m. frm agarwal store gandhi nagar near chadda cinema, moradabad (u.p.) but it still not activated till 6.30 p.m. 09-oct-09
when i call about it so nobody responce about my call the contact no. of shopkeeper is [protected] $ [protected]
so i request to you plz take action against agarwal store. plz activate my number as soon as possible my number is [protected]

I was using my airtel SIM since last couple of years in a N72 handset. Last month, I found it to have no network signal. Instead of Airtel it was showing OFFLINE.
I contacted AIrtel customer care. I was responded as "Sir we are looking into the problem. And We'll call you back after 2 hours."
I contacted through Email also. But no solution was found. Atlast I contacted the nodal officer through mail.
I got the response that "Sir ur acount has no balance so u r facing such problem. Kindly recharge your account and you will get ur problem solved soon"
Now people at ARC suggest me that sir please change the SIM at a cost of 50 rupees.
Really pathetic response from people at airtel.

Airtel — no duplicate sim card available in near store where i ' m staying
Dear sir ,my airtel sim card is blocked, i had taken the puk no from customecare ,but its not working,then i again call to customer care,then they told me that this sim is totaly blocked & u have to take duplicate sim.& they give me the nearest store add. but sim is not available in any store. i m staying in Palam new delhi-110045/110075.my blocked no is [protected] & my another no [protected]

no follow up was done by any customer executive, again on 13th and 14th another couple of complaints were lodged and this time i was told that somebody would call me before 1330 hrs on 19th but today is 20th mar and nobody in he world had given me a call, neither my problem has been rectified
this is very disgusting and disappointing service from airtel
