    My number is [protected]. I am an Airtel prepaid customer in Hyderabad.
    I submitted the required documents but, I'm still unable to make
    outgoing calls or send messages though I can receive calls.

    I have called customer care several times and have also visited the
    airtel customer relationship center nearly 4 times now. They all have
    the same answer. They say that everything is fine and no one has an
    answer.

    I Have Proper Balance and validity

      Hi,
      this is deepan from chennai, i spoke to airtel broadband customercare many times to change the mail ID in my profile and send my soft copy to my new mail id, but there is no improvement, they silently cut the call, wat a super service to the customer, only for money, still iam paying everymonth bill without fail, but they are siletly sitting in A/C room, and attend the call for there monthly salary. not for customer compalints, my contact number is [protected]

        I have take a new airtel no few days ago.My no is [protected].
        After few days airtel deactivate my connection,saying that i havn't submit the legal documents.Being given the legal and correct documents at the 1st time,I again submit the same documents again.
        But though i submit the documents 3days ago,my connection is still deactivated.I am facing tremendous problem as my ph is in not working condition & i donn't know how many more days i have to spend with this condition.I am totally feud up with airtel.
        Have Airtel a little bit responsibly to their customer?

        Airtel — cutting off the Connection

        It is marvellous the way Airtel the network provider are really doing. I take the prepaid connection on 10th of July with my own Driving License as my ID proof. But to my great surprise I got a SMS at 139pm asking me to submit my Id proof. but the service is disconect before i could act suddenly by this evening. I am really unhappy the way airtel take the action. it is not that i dont want to prove my identity. but i am not an engine or computer who can do everythign at a time. so pls take care of this if you are also a human being.           sir,
          i had already complaint about an no network coverage in our area, for that complaint i had an call from airtel network.. they say's that, we made an survey in our area and we will locate an new airtel tower in ur area as soon as possible.. bt nearly 6 months over from my date of complaint, still now no action has been taken by airtel service about network coverage... all the people useing airtel in that area are planned to change their network to another network by MNP .. even no more steps havent been taken after seeing this complaint, we will surely change into other network..

            I am using airtel prepaid connection having mobile number [protected]. Unknowingly one service named Games Club had been activated on my number. Each day they were deducting 5/- Rs. from my main balance for around one month without my notice as i didn't come to know about the same by any message of activation or deduction. When i came to know about this i contacted Airtel Customer Care on 1/12/2011 by 4:50 pm. They ensured me to stop the service instantly and i got request reference number also (CBDGC[protected]) by message. But service was not deactivated and amount had been deducted each day till today.

            This has caused me a loss of above 100 rs as i am not aware about of the starting date of the service. I at least deserve refund of amount what has been charged after i asked them to stop service and got mentioned reference number.

            I hope and believe that appropriate action will be taken soon.

            I am using Airtel prepaid mobile connection ([protected]). I accidentally activated two services on my phone (some Ghar aaye jyotish alert and Bollywood MMS alert ). I have been trying to deactivate these services for the last two months. When I sent STOP to 121 as given on airtel website, they replied dnd is not activated for these services . When I tried registering for dnd i never got any proper response.
            So I request you to please deregister all value added services for my phone number [protected].

              Plan : RA13 CUG 25 (south)
              At the time of issuing this phone connection they said no rental and no fees . it is a railway interwork for south zone only with free talk time worth Rs. 25.Railway inline network in south zone is free talk time.
              But from October month onwards I am getting bills for Rs. 140 each.
              For the two phones I am getting 280 monthly. It is completely rude action. Without informing us they change the plan. While contacting they said they already sent an SMS regarding plan change. No Information is given in the bill except plan charge 140.
              While contacting the customer service on 13/12/2011 the customer service representative bluffed that ( Ph: [protected])
              THEY CHANGED THE PLAN ACCORDING TO THE RAILWAY BOARD ORDER AND FURTHER DETAILS I HAVE TO CONTACT MY HR SUPERVISOR".
              I wondered, how a Railway Board issue order to a Private company to change the plan and what is the necessity to take this action other than railway activities.And there is no HR department in Railways. It is Personal Department . This plan is not given by Railways and there is no connection to Personal Department and they will not encourage this private activities.. The Air Tel officials individually contacting the railway people and sell this plan. Now they said " Railway Board Order". They think I am a fool to accept whatever the bluffed. This is misusing of Government Department Name for their benefits.
              I want to know why they change the plan and I want to retain my original plan prior to October 2011 and also to refund the amount charged for an uninformed changed plan.
              Please take necessary action.

                Hello,

                I have been a customer of Airtel from around 4years and recommended my all friends to get Airtel connection.

                I am on a 4Mbps Unlimited connection. I have exceeded my 25GB FUP usage (even that won't happen usually) last month, my speed went down to 256kbps so added a smartbytes 5gb package and my speed increased but in few hours it went down again and when i goto smartbytes page it was showing 0GB left in your account. How can i use 5GB in 1/2 hours. I was just checking mails and listening to music. Does that uses 5GB? so i had a online call next day so added one more 5GB smartbytes package. Same happened with this also. So smartbytes din't worked properly for me but still in this month's bill you added smartbytes pack also. Few days back talked to a airtel representative and he told this won't come in bill but they charged it in bill. and Today is 13th and i got a message you have used 80% of your usage. How can i use 25GB in 10days?? Before i had a 2Mbps 10GB connection and that was working fine for me. But later i started using 12-15GB Max so changed plan and I am on this plan from few months and never exceeded 25GB. I use max of 15-20 GB.

                Please do check and fix this issue soon.

First month it worked properly, after that the problem started after every fifteen days. the line got down for ten days. We remade complaints on regular base but in vain. the line got active on 11 th day. again the line got disconnected afetr two weeks. and afetr sevral complaints the line are not working. as this is corpotrate connection company is not able to cordinate in the market because their is no dial tone in the phones. the company is dealing with indian army as far as business is concerned. and due to airtel problem the contract of the company was terminated. because the army people were not able to contact the company. Now who is responsible for the loss beared by the company? Plz help us.

                  i am a resident of east delhi and have an office in old delhi . i have got the fixed line phones for airtel at both the places . but i m facing a lot of problems with airtel services since long . the phone at my residence is very old connection . the instrument installed by the company is always the repaired one . so we face problems always . the phone is not working since around 2 weeks and we are trying to launch complaint for that , but the IVR system of the customer care doesnt seems to have any complaint option . we are totally harassed at the hands of airtle company .

                    i'm a user of "AIRTEL MOBILE PHONE PREPAID CONNECTION" & my no. is [protected]. I've been getting a problem with "hello tune" service.

                    i'd subscribed that hello tune just 4 months back , for which i paid the yearly charges(approx. Rs 200) as per the scheme. But now my hello tune service has been barred since 2 months without informing me . i even contacted to the customer care executives a many times but i got different replies on every call (like " ur service will be resumed after 48 hrs","technical fault","ur details are not mentioned in our system"etc.). last time i called customer care executive Mr .AAMIR (senior most executive) & got reply that "you are not subscribed to any of these services" & even talked to me rudely. I either want all my charges back (which has occured till yet ) or return my 2 months charges & resume my service .

                      u have given us increased bill, when i asked from cutomer care they replied due to some tech. fault ur plan has been changed i.e it was 2500 min.was free with broadband butnow they given only 1875 min.free. they replied from next month this will be 2500 min. free but present bill u have to pay.if the mistake is taken by ur end so why should 'we' pay more

                        i am Anup Mandal having airtel broadband connection from 11/jul/2011 to till date my account no is [protected] and tel no is [protected].
                        today (12 dec 2011) I got a legal notice on my name from SHIVA & RAWLEY Advocates asking me to pay the outstanding Rs 3750 within seven day which is towards the account no: [protected] bearing tel no: [protected] which i am not using and have no idea from where my name came from and the address stated in notice is not my address
                        after receiving this notice i called airtel customer care about this and surprisingly i found for this account (no: [protected]) my mobile number which is [protected] is registered i told him i don't know about this connection and the postal address mentioned in the account detail for this connection is not mine he suggest me to Wright this mail and send it to 121 for further action so i did but not received any positive reply please suggest me what i can do regarding this.

                          on friday(9the december 2011) i applied for port out.on saturday i received a call and the person calling me gave a offer to stay with airtel.the offer given was airtel to airtel 1p/6sec and airtel to otheers 1p/2 sec. i confirmed it that i wont go for the porting.but today is monday till now i havent got the offer and 50 paise has been deducted for each call that i made from saturday till today.... i have never heard airtel doing this kind of things with their customer.... i hope my problem will be resolved and i will get the offer or else may be i have to go for the porting....

                          My issue is not yet resolved. i am facing the same issue. as told i am not getting the offer. i am getting flat 1p/2sec to all local number. where i should get a tariff of 1p/6sec airtel to airtel and airtel to others 1p/2sec. i dont know why airtel is not resolving my issue and this is not expected from a company like airtel.if this thing continues then may be i have to port out of airtel.

                            To cut down story in sort. Bharti Airtel has not been listning to the clients and has been harrasing me since july 2011. I was using the said number [protected] at my home. We sold the home and left the place since July 2011. While asking to customer care for shifting the same connection they said its better your disconnect the connection and get a new one. We did the same we requested them to disconnect the connection and when we shifted to new house we asled for new connection with reference number DL2643293. I paid 1750 by cheque to the agent. Now in september the company still did not cancelled the old connection and there were some issues by Airtel agent who collected 1750 rupees and never got the new connection. The company forced me to pay till september and that time also I paid 2000 something to the company and requested there customer care to please disconnect the connection nothing happend. now the situation is that the company is asking me to pay 3494 more for the bill generated by company for the unused services [protected] and also have not returned me my 1750 rupees from the ref number DL2643293. I have now started recieving the threatning calls from the company from number [protected] if I will not pay this money I will be killed in road accident or something will happen to me and my family as they have all my addresses with them. I dont know what is going to happen to me but if something happens to me Airtel is the only responsible for the same.

                                On 09.12.2011 we have booked a Parcel Wide Consignment No. J81477121
                                for Allahabad, enclosing 21 T.Shirts, 100 Keyrings and 100 Pens.

                                The Stock is packed in front of your Representative Mr. Amit and he
                                himself Sealed the Bag (Seal No. J241884) after being satisfied with
                                the Quantity of Stock under Projection, and when this Parcel is
                                delivered in Allahabad today the consignee received only 16 T.Shirts,
                                82 Pens and 85 Key-rings, shorter the quantity dispatched.

                                Please look into this fact with full Sensitivity as this practice is
                                now becoming a part of the services that we are not expecting and this
                                will sure put an Impact in our Business Relationships.

                                This time we need the proper feedback, please revert with the true status.

                                    My name is Susamay Ghosh and my Airtel number is [protected]. I activated sms pack with Rs.47 which gives 200 sms Free Airtel to Airtel everyday. But I can send only 100 sms per day. The TRAI has extended the sms to 200 daily but I can send only 100. I called the customer care but they refused to take complaint. Please sir, help me to send 200 msg. And customer care has also disconneded their line so that I could not call them.

                                    i get message of sms 10 offer then i activate that service after activation of that service i want to deduct 10p per sms but its 1 rs per sms. i have already paid many ruppes for it.

                                      i am subscriber of air tel since last 7 years. i am working as a teacher in punjab education department. now i want to change my bill plan from bada gupshup to government teacher plan. but it is a matter of deep concern that neither customer care nor authorised dealer giving me positive response. please help me in this regards. thanks.

                                        I had requested for Airtel DTH connection on 05th Oct'11 via online payment. One Mr. Lalit Goswami <lalit.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com> has acknowledged the payment and promised that the DTH set-up will be completed in two working days (Latest by 07th Oct'11). However, this was not done till 10th Oct'11. After making several attempts to contact Mr. Goswami unsuccessfully, Airtel Call centre was contacted and requested for speedy action in line with their commitment. The executive had apologized for the delay and promised, this will be sorted out at the earliest and action taken (Reference Number[protected].

                                        This was not actioned till 18th Oct'11 and finally, we had decided to switch to Dish TV instead who had ensured delivery with committed time-scales. IN view of these changes and irresponsible behaviour of Airtel, it was requested that the order be cancelled and installation charges paid online be refunded. One Mr. Ram Avatar from the call center confirmed that this will be done within 48 hours. ( Reference Number[protected]. Till date we have not received any refund amount and everytime we reach out to call centre, they apologies according to their script and suggest the complaint has been forwarded to relevant department and action will be taken immediately.

                                        It is 11th Dec'11 today and we have not got the refund yet. This has been the most frustrating experience and unfair deal with Airtel.
