Dear Sir, my name is Suman Ghosh and my Airtel number is [protected]. Sir, I have brought Nokia C3 and as per Airtel's offer I shall get 2GB of free internet valids for 6 months. I updated my handset by customer representative. They told me that I shall be given this free internet balance. But even I have not got my 2GB free internet balance. I am recharge 98 internet balance for 1gb data.
but 650mb only added my account.
i calling customer care.they telling automatically added data ur account.don't worry.
but data not credited.add my data in airtel account.
