[Resolved] Airtel — Constant Promo Calls and Messages in spite of DND activation | |||
My mobile number is [protected] and I have registered myself for DND. Yet I constantly receive promo calls and messages from Airtel and various other numbers saying buy this, buy that... Thanks for the response. This is to inform you that though the promo calls have stopped the messages have not. I am receiving messages from 2 -3 numbers and the tele marketer is smart enough to use a different number every time. The numbers are +[protected], [protected], [protected]- for purchase of la mod power saver and [protected] for sightseeing tours from 360' himalayan & +[protected] for sightseeing from Jetair tours.

I have to say I am very very dissapppointed with the way you have been handling my complaint. I did receive a call from your executive however I am yet to receive any resolution for the same. I have also emailed you the details from my gmail id and I can forrward you the email once again. Anyway why do i receive promo calls from your call center executives asking me to take new connection? The numbers are - [protected] & [protected]. Please advice me why I get promo calls from your call center executives asking me to take new airtel connections. This is not expected. the numbers for your reference are - [protected] &[protected]. Please provide me my national DND registry number as well urgently.
