[Resolved]  Airtel — Zero network in Indirapuram

It has been 2 months since we have been leaving without mobile network at our residence at Ahimsa Khand II, Indirapuram. 49947767 and 49399385 are couple of complaint numbers registered with Airtel on this issue in the past 2 months with zero results. Everytime, someone calls and promises to visit our residence/ society to check the connectivity issue but no one turns up. Today, some from customer support provided me with an escalation calling number ([protected]). As soon as I dial and select the desired language, the phone gets disconnected (try it!).

Happened to meet an Airtel service engineer of my locality, a month back (he had come to fix my Airtel broadband connection); he said that our locality was serviced from couple of towers nearby which have been deemed illegal by the Government and have been sealed. This is the cause of the problem! Now Airtel is not making any effort to provide any alternative for connectivity in my locality!

Now I am in a situation where I have no network once I enter my locality and Airtel refuses to rectify this issue.

Airtel — zero customrer care

customer care is zero for airtel india, i am using [protected] for last 3 years but cc in last three months pathetic, u keep on wating there is not even one call which will be attended. & if by chance one out of hundred u got a chance to talk to exe, they can not give u any solution, & if they say by your luck we will trannsfer the case to technical staff, then forget it, that is all the complete procedure for complaint resolution, but still i dont no how there CSR hOD, s still showe high customer satisfaction in their records & in news. its all fudge...

Airtel — poor network in our locality

Dear sir, i a resident of ---
18th cross, Sagayapuram, Bangalore-05. facing lot of problem due to poor network facility from Airtel service providers....inspite my complaint there is no response from the company.I am nor able to receive any phone calls and its very frustrated situation here.

AirTel — balance me "zero"

i have recharged with a rs.14 top up which will give me 10 rs talktime and i am having 1p/1s plan i made only a 20-30sec call for that my balance is shown "ZERO"

please look into this matter..........

AirTel — Airtel zero network

Sir,

I am still waiting from your side for my airtel network problem.Here too many have changed their mobile but i have this only main no., or else just activate my number for port so that i can port my number to vodafone network.

As i have already port one of my number i.e-[protected] from airtel to vodafone.

And i want immediately sort out this problem.

Please do it immediately.

Airtel Broadband — ZERO Connectivity

I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 10.10.2011 which got installed around 18.10.2011. My airtel phone line no is [protected]. On 22.10.2011 my broadband stopped working and a compliant was made directly to the lineman (Mr Nandu [protected]) on same day who never visited at the promised time citing his tight schedule and holidays. Then a complaint was made at Airtel Broadband helpline on 27.10.2011 vide complaint no 6315448 but my compliant was not resolved till date. Upon enquiring about my complaint status on 17.11.2011 I got the response from the customer care that the complaint has been resolved. But the same problem persists and again a complaint was lodged on 17.11.2011 but no one visited at the appointed time. A further complaint was made on 22.11.2011 vide complaint no 7632216 and again no one has bothered to attend my complaint till date.

Namaste Mr. Deepak Mohod. I will be more than glad to invite you to our place of residence to check the network status for yourself (over a cup of tea and snacks)! There is still zero connectivity at my residence! Not sure who has resolved this issue and what made him think that this is resolved!

And I am very surprised to see that how conveniently you closed down this issue and also the service requests raised with Airtel, without even informing me. Now if you come back to tell me that you called me to inform that the issue has been resolved, and cant get thru..dont you think that is the issue??? ;-)
Today I received an email from some team in Airtel who has alerted me that my airtel number will be disconnected if my outstanding amount is not paid out within 24hrs. I made it very clear to anyone who contacted me in the past from Airtel that I am not settling my bills unless and until my network issue is resolved.
