[Resolved]  Alpic Finance Ltd — Not getting the maturity amount

I am also a sufferer. I have ten bonds with Folio No.A1/G000124 and certificate No. 00005167 and distinctive Nos:[protected]. These were also exempted from income tax under section 88/54EA for minimum 3 years holding period and under section 54EB for 7 years holding. In this regard Finance Ministry Govt. of India should also be responsible for payment on redemption. I have forwarded the original certificate to Alpic Finance Limited through United Investors' Forrum, 16/17 College Street, Kolkata-700012

Alpic Finance Ltd — Not refund the amount of Infrastructure Bond

This is to inform you that I have a Series-I :Alpic Project Infrastructure Cumulative Income Bonds which details are given below.

Regd. Folio No : A1/A000266, Certificate No : 00003298, No. of Bonds : 5

Distinctive Nos.[protected], Date of Allotment : 31/03/1998. Invested Amount : Rs. 5, 000/-

Date of Maturity : 7 years from the date of issue i.e. 31/03/2005.

I have written several letter to the Alpic Finance Company with no reply.

There is a contract between Alpic Finance Ltd and Bank of Baroda, Ballard Pier, Mumbai-400001 Mortgage/Charge for Rs. 19, 19, 00, 000/- by way of issue of series of bonds dated 24/07/98 vide Form No. 10.

Sir, would you kindly help me in this regard to get back my invested amount.

I am a poor man and like to saving in little and I am fixed a sum of Rs. 1000.00 vide FDR No. MC307823 which matured on 18.03.2002 for Rs. 2214.00 but yeat not received and amount from your end. Please note, I am very neady person. This amount is enough for my family, so, please return the amount. My Banker's name: Syndicate Bank, Esplanade Branch, Kolkata. My Savings A/c. No. 201/11235.

I am also a sufferer. I had invested Rs.15, 000/-. I have come to the knowledge that a case under high court is going on since 2002 which has not come to the conclusion.

I am Gopalan, Hyderabad 73 years old had also invested in Alpic finance infrastructure bonds, I kept writting letters and there is no response. It was all my hard earned money. Is there anyway I can aply for claims.

I have invested Rs, 11000/- in theInfrastructure Bonds of the sid Co.vide Cert, No.00002611, 0002927 and
00002928 dt.31/3/99 only for the purpose of status of Tax-Saving Bonds attached to that by the relevant
authorities that year. I am sure many many investors would have definitely invested money inthe said
Bonds due to that status and the nature of the Bond'

What happened to the Co.? What action the authorities have taken? Ispublic money meant for exploita=tion of such fraudsters? Where is law, and justice? What is the way for common man?

I have invested Rs.10000/- in Alpic 54EC Bonds on 30/03/1998 vide Cheque no 446002 dated 26/03/1998 for Rs.10000/- drawn on Vijaya Bank Beli Road Allahabad.
I regret to state that certificate for above bond is lost and untraceable.
Kindly therefore advice me the procedure for issue of duplicate certificate and thereafter its redemption.

why ALPIC FINANACE NOT GIVING ANSWER OF CUSTOMER.

I invested an amount of Rs. 3000/- at fixed deposit scheme for five ( 05 ) yrs in Alpic Finance Ltd from Durgapur office ( Ruma Sweets Bldg., 1st Floor, Benachity, Durgapur West Bengal) on 30/12/1997.Certificate details as follows FDR No. MC344899, FOLIO No. : MC344899 ( I ) Dtd. 30th Dec, 1997 After maturity date ( 30/12/2002), I visited its office address, but I found that they already closed their office. I have been finding their correspondence contact no. for many yrs & finally submit my complain for necessary action.

I have been submitted the all origenal certificate for payment on 31/05/2004 by registered post.but
neither the maturity amount nor any intimation received. I have written so many letter to alpic finance
