Apple iPhone 4 — Took My money and No Response

Hey ..My name is Nishal... M from Bangalore
REcently i had seen an ad about an iphone online ...and confronted him ...he called back ...and fixed up a deal ...i wasnt agreeing to send him any cash without any confirmation ..but he asked me to send an advance of 5k first ..then he will send me the tracking details. i did that ....actually he made me believe that he was genuine ....i paid him the next 5 k because he told me he ll courier the item onli once thats done ... i have lost 10k now ... when i cal his number ..it says ...number does not exist ....please help me out ...
