[Resolved]  Asc Records/pao (Or) Bangalore — delay in issue of arrears and revised pension

I had written a letter to CDA (P), Allahabad, regarding non adjustment of my 2nd installment of arrears. CDA (P), Allahad vide their letter No GTS/ORS/6thCPC REV/09 dated 26 Nov 09 have advised me (with a copy of O I/C, Records, ASC (S), Bangalore) to approach your good office, as they need some details from your office. Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid financial hardship to me. Thanking you in anticiapation

1. I, Army No. JC-642410P Sub/Clerk (SD) Gai Chand Majhi have been retired on 31 May 2009 after completion of 30 years of service from ASC Corps. Seven months have passed but I have not yet been received 60% arrears and even revised PPO. In this regard I have already sent many letters to the Records Office, ASC (South) Bangalore but no reply/intimation have been received so far. It is not understood and for this reason I am very much anexious for the same.

2. My PPO No is S/067349/2008 (ARMY).

3. In view of the above, I earnestly request you to release 60% arrears of pay and revised PPO at the earlist. An early reply is requested.

4. Your co-operatiion in this regards will be highly solicited.

Dear Sir,

I JC-641852F Sub & Hony Lt retired from Army Service (ASC (Sup) on completion of 30 years of Service on 31 Aug 09 (AN), Now a period of four months have already elapsed but my corrigendum PPO for the rank of Hony Lt has not been received as yet. Apart from the above, it is pertinent to mention that I was submitted an post retirement claim regarding LTC encashment claim for the years 2008 and 2009 to the claim depart ment of ASC Records but the same is also not yet materialised. Therefore the authority concerned are requested to take care to avoid in ordinate delay to get the pensionary and other financial benefits of Ex-Servicemen of our Country as they are retiring in a stage where they need money to settle themselves, wards education and marriage of daughers etc.

I JC-641852F Sub & Hony Lt Udaya Kumaran P retired from service on 31 Aug 09. Now a period of almost four and half months have already passed but I have not received my corrigendum PPO of the Hony Lt rank as yet. Authority concerned are requested to expedite the issuance of corregendum PPO to avoid blockage of financial benefits of Ex-Servicemen like me.

I JC-641852F Sub & Hony Lt Udaya Kumaran P retired from service on 31 Aug 09. Now a periof of almost four and half months have already elapsed but I have not received my sixty percentage arrears of the sixth pay commission and the commutation against LTC for a period of twenty days, which I handed over to the Claim Division of ASC Records (South) at the time of my retirement. The claim in question has not passed by the PAO (OR) ASC South, Bangalore on the plea that they have not received the specific nature payment (whether the same is required to be claimed through a contingent bill or it should be published through a Daily Part II Order). Therefore, the authority concerned are requested to release the claim amount of twenty days commuted against LTC for the years 2008 and 2009 with out any further delay please.

This is regarding areras of family pension to my mother. My father army No 6611448 Late Sep Narayanan Bala Krishnan died on Jan 2007, after my father death family pension allot my mother Smt C Saraswathy (widow) vide ASC Records letter No 6611448/T-VI/MT-1/FP dated 23 Aug 2008 for Rs 1931/pm ftrom 11 Jan 2007 to till widowhood.

PPO No F/NA/017940/2008

In view of the above, I earnestly request you to release pay arear at the earlist. An early reply is requested.

I am retired on 30 Sep 2003 in the rank of Hav/CGD (Army No 13876795N) and granted Hony Nb, whereas I have received arreares less than my junior and also getting less pension than my junior. I have completed 24 years of service. Please confirm that I am entitled revised pension under one rank one pension as a Nb sub or otherwise. As now I am getting Rs 5700/- pension any increment will effect from this or other wise. An early confirmation requested.

I serving in 53 Coy ASC (Sup) Type `B' Colaba, Mumbai as class IV employees since Sep 2002. In Jan 26 2010 I have attended the department exam for LDC in 55 Coy ASC (Sup) Pune . My result and markseet has been forwarded to ASC Records (South) Bangalore by HQ South Comd (ST) Pune on 25 Feb 2010. I Want to know the when the Coprs Order of Passing of Department Exam of LDC is being published in CA-7 (Civ) section of ASC Records. And I, also want to know what is procedure for transfer of civ employees of ASC.

I, No 6391695H Ex Hav/CGD Rupesh Kumar Mishra have been retired from Army Service Corps on 30 Nov 2008. I have not received arrears of pension and leave encashment till date.

I have taken discharge from ASC on 28 Feb 10. When I was in service I use to deduct PLI monthly Rs 655/- as soon as I am discharged from service the same was stoped deducting. The deduction done till Nov 2009. I have sent my PLI Policy Xerox Copy, Last quaterly Statement to the PLI Head Office, Delhi through M G Road APO. Till now I haven't recd book to pay my premium. I enquired the same regarding the subject they said that a letter from ASC Records South to be reached to us by mentioning that the indl as paid the premium till date further due to discharge the same is trf to Civil.
