THIS AGREEMENT is made today between ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.

For good consideration, ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.



ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the PHARMACEUTICAL.



ARTICLE 2: SALARY

ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 6,475) Six Thousand Four Hundred And Seventy Five GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY

Equivalent depending on employee's home country.



The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the Pharmaceuticals legal adviser on Immigration Matters..

Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)



ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK discretion from time to time.



ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK.

The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the PHARMACY, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.



ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the PHARMACY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.



ARTICLE 6: Disability.

In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the PHARMACY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICAL UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

since when a person who is far away and getting a job offer like this through mail ( as i have also got one job offer from astrazeneca pharmaceuticals london uk .) same like you people i also have a lot of queries because approaching towards this job will effect our current job and loss of our valuable money also .so i also want to know that who is the right person whom we can ask these doubts ? note, , , i am an anaesthetist by profession, and here i have been offered a job of a specialist by this astrazeneca pharma ceuticals london u.k .here i dont know that this firm is a hospital sort of the thing or it is a company which makes medicines like any other pharmaceutical companies we see. so if i have been offered a job like this what work i will have to do in this company while my specialisation is in anaesthesia and i can work in an operation theatre . if you read this and you also could guide me about it then it will be very helpful for me whether to apply for it or not . and also want to tell you that i have not cleared any test like toefel or any other plab etc. which are commonly required to enter any us or uk job. i am waiting if anyone can help me in this...!!!my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

Even I also had received this kind of mail before 30 days..I replied to them..But the mail Id is of Gmail and Co. type..W should do one thing..Just sign the document and send back them..Lets see what happened..If they ask to deposit some kind of money, then definitely it is fraud.. I am sign the document and going to send them.. Lets wait and watch...

The same type of fraud letter came to me.The employer was BARN FIELD ANIMAL HOSPITAL.They have stated that salary will be given by ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICALS.
Ban field animal hospital does exist but not BARN FIELD.

A fraud letter came n the name of Barn field animal hospital.BARN field animal hospital does not exist.They stated that the salary willbe given by ASTRAZENECA Pharmaceuticals.
