Sir,

On 09/09/2009, I have used my ATM Card No.[protected] to withdraw a sum of Rs.4500/- from SBI ATM at CGO Complex, New Delhi. But the ATM has not released any cash and the amount has been deducted from my account. Immediately I have approached the Branch Incharge at SBI, CGO Complex, New Delhi and expressed my problems. He assured that the amount will be credited back automatically within 24 hours. But the amount not credited so far. Accordingly I have submitted an application alongwith ATM receipts to SBI CGO Complex, New Delhi on 10/09/2009 for early payment. But either any reply or the amount received till now.

In this regard, I have also approached Consumer Care through telephonically on 19/09/2009. They have suggested to express the problems to the following Phone No.[protected] or [protected]. But no one attend the calls even after trying more than an hour.

In view of the above, I am sending this mail to you for finding out the factual position. Also intimate, if SBI authorties has not able to return the amount within 12 days, how to claim interest for the aforesaid amount as directed by RBI.

Sub:- Amount misplaced at IDBI- ATM Transaction-Request for Re-Credit-Reg.



I B.sudhakar working as computer operator, in the organisation of AGRI GOLD FARM ESTATE INDIA PVT LTD
in kurnool branch.

In the above subjec cited, I have a SB Account in Andhra Bank, Kurnool Ac.No :[protected], On 13.7.2010 at 7.00 PM i was went to Your ATM (IDBI) at Viswanath Complex, neary by C.Camp center, i have entered my details for amt withdrawal of Rs. 10000/- after entering amt details the ATM mechine was strcked and no any further matter is not displayed in the screen, after few minutes the ATM will display the matter of ' WE ARE VERY REGRAT FOR THIS ATM IS TEMPORARY OUT OF ORDER' and after that it will be ready for next transaction. So that i have re-entered my details and amt given for Rs.10000/- for withdrawal, after few seconds The ATM will give the money of Rs. 10000/-and receipt also, But in receipt the previsous entered amt (Rs. 10, 000/-) will also deduct in my account.


Hence i am not taken the first entered amt, but it will be deduct in my account, after that i have intimated to secrurity guard which who were placed in on-duty, but he said ' SIR THIS MECHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY' . next day i have intimated at IDBI bank, in kurnool, but they were not respond sir.

Hence i am here with request you sir, please verify the above details at your end and do the needful sir.

I could not receive the cash of Rs:1000/- from Union Bank ..BOrivali(west), Mumbai400092 /Gorai ATM on RDP_1/Dr:Babasaheb Ambedkar road, I already made a complain on CCC [protected] undef c.no.9127933...on dated[protected].
more over the namount of 1000/- was intimated on my Mobile that the amount is deducted.But actually thecash is not dispenced.
Secondly, the ATM is un escorted, and AC was most of the time not working.
kindly reply soon & solve the inconvinience immediately.

    I am the account holder of SBI ( New Grain Market, Rohtak, Haryana (124001). My account Number is [protected]. I have ATM card from this account. Today I went to PNB ATM for withdrawn 2000 Rs. from my account by ATM. I insert my card in Machine and anter my ATM code and amount transaction Rs. 2000. Than Machine Shows Your Last Transation Decline and I dont get any such amount and I move freely from ATM Centre. Than I go State Bank of Patiala Brach and I withdrawn 2000 rs. from my account. After transation when I recived my transation slip it shows your Balance Left Rs. 9305.43. But My actual account Balance was 13305.43 Rs from any transation but I have succesfully done ony one transation of rs. 2000 from SBP. Than I contect my SBI branch but Branch is Closed at that time.So Sir, Please Check Where was gone my 2000 rs. and how can I get my that amount. I have all Necessary document related such transaction.I shall be greatfull to you

    I am account holder of punjab national bank, premnagar branch, dehradun, uttaranchal. On 3rd june 2010, i withdrawed 15000rs. but i recieved only 14000 from that. Atm mini statement showed that i withdrew 15000. then i went to prem nagar branch & concerned to manager. Manager assured me that i'll get my money but i din't recieved yet.       Dear Sir

      I used my icici atm debit card bearing no. [protected] in canara bank atm on 8-9-09 at IST 8-.4 PM at canara bank atm in Balkampet for Rs 2500 and the transaction was declined and my account deducted Rs. 2500

      then i again used my Dhanalakshmi atm debit card bearing no. [protected] at the same canara bank atm in Balkampet for Rs 9500 and the transaction was declined and my account deducted Rs. 9500

      i have lodged a complaint with ICICIBANK AND DHANALAKSHMI BANK

      please check your atm details of Balkampet Centre in Hyderabad at IST 8-04 and 8-05 PM on 08-09-09 and pass on the details to my concerned bank as early as possible and

      the maintaince of atm centre in Balkampet in Hyderabad is in pathetic situation please improve the situation so the this kind of problem will not crop up

        Iam resident of vijayawada,one day[protected] i went to union bank ATM for withdrawing money.The ATM is located at Ramavarapadu town(vijayawada rural).I dont no how to withdrawl money by using the card.Then i asked the person who is standing inside the ATM (security gaurd).He is talked very irresponsibly like "Dont u have eyes","why are u asking me".I felt very bad.Then i thought Why these union bank people have minimum commonsence,they dont know how to behave with customers.so I requested you to punish the person who talked vulgurly.The union bank ATM is located at ramavapadu town,beside vijayawada.

          I am an account holder in your Imphal Branch,Manipur State for the last 20-25 years. I had visitewd your Imphal office to obtain ATM application form but I was told that they have stopped issuing ATM application forms.

          Kindly let me know whether you have stopped issuing ATM application forms or not. The attitude of your responsible staff will drive away customers to other customer friendly banks.

            Yesterday 31-08-09, i have tried to withdraw rs.10,000 from other bank ATM, but i was not received money from ATM, but same 10,000 was debited in my account

            I have lounched the compliant to my Saving bank customer care. They said will advice the status after 12 working days.

            Any one please advice what kind of action to be taken for this issue. i seen more peoples are facing same issue in india..

              my self is ranvinderjit kaur, working as a JRF in punjabi university patiala amd doing Ph.d there..i m customer of SBOP...i used HDFC ATM on 11th aug, 2009 at Darampura market Patiala...bt Mr.Manpreet Singh, working as a manager at HDFC Bank, Leela bhawan, patiala.his phone number is [protected] harrased me for 5 days n he used very cheap language on the phone.he also misguided me regarding return of my ATM...i was totally disturbed n he destroyed my ATM, my work has also effected a lot due to him...i jst want 2 do complaint against him...i beared mental torture and lost an important deal due 2 his misguidance.i[censored]r employees treat educated people like this then how they behave in front o[censored]neducated people???i know not all the employees are same..bt atleast employees like Manpreet Singh Should learn some lesson...i want to go against his misbehaviour and mis guidance.please i[censored] can do something then please do... otherwise kindly advise me should i go for Human Rights Commission or Consumer court?????

                Sub: - To adding wrong debit amount into my saving account.
                Respected Sir,
                I (Pavada.Vinod Kumar, Saving Bank Account.No.1450, UCO Bank, Sector – 3, Ukkunagaram, Visakhapatnam – 32, and ATM Diamond Card (International Debit Card.No.[protected])) went to draw the money from the STATE BANK OF INDIA, UKKUNAGARAM 2ND ATM, no cash comes out to me Rs.3000/- after the transaction from this ATM counter or I have not received(Three thousand rupees) but the amount, the three thousand rupees deducted or debited to my saving account, the transaction particulars are date 02/08/09, time 20:32, ATM ID S1CC00805402, TXN NO.3160, result is sorry unable to process i.e. no cash comes out but debited to my account.
                After this transaction, I checked my Bank balance in the same SBI ATM counter; it’s shown less balance Rs.28654.94/-, particulars are date 02/08/09, Time 20:34, ATM ID S1CC00805402, TXN.NO.3161, Response code 000, from A/C [protected]
                Actually my Bank balance according to our UCO Bank as on date 01st August 09 is Rs.31, 654.94/- (as on 31st July 20009 Rs.15313.94 plus salary for the month of July/August Rs.16341.00/-).
                Kindly the aforesaid amount Rs.3000/- add or credit into my saving account. Two counter foils are enclosed.

                SBI — cash not collected by me but it is debit my sb account

                I tried to withdraw rs 4000/- from SBI ATM at Digha branch at 5.45 pm on 29.04.2009.No cash was delivered but my savings account was debited. I had complaint to Digha branch of SBI as well as to the Gen Mgr ,SBI,local head office, Kolkata and SBI, Pondicherry where I stay. Recd reply from kolkata that my complaint is being looked into ie dated7.09.09. No further response.My savings a/c no.[protected]@Pondicherry. Reqst help.

                  I am having my savings account with State Bank of India, Jagnath Branch, Rajkot. Every time . I am using Malaviya chowk Atm, Gondal road Rajkot. Security officer is setting on Chair in The ATM Cabin at last month. Every Time When I want to operate my account at that time I am requesting Security officer please leave this cabin. But Every times he is refusing me. He tells me, "sun's light is strong" out of this cabin. I am losing my money and password secrets. I have afraid for losing my money and debit card. My wife is not using this Atm by this Reason. I am hoping, you may understand this problem. I am requesting to you. Please solve this problem.

                  I have an saving account with corporation bank while using atm for withdrawl my atm card get stuck in that atm machine i.e obc bank, guard who was sitting there asked me to register a complaint in bank u will get it from your bank only and bank people advise me not to block Atm card. but now its almost one week i have not get my atm card back.

                    Rajat Tadree Hotel and traied to withdrow 20000.00 Rs. by useing ATM card of Bank of Maharashtra
                    still I could not received the amount 20000.00 Rs.
                    In the evenig at 5.38 Pm.I went to withdrow 20000.00 Rs.from ATM of bank of Maharashtra located near Satara City Post Office I could get the amont .When I withdrow Mini Statment I was shoked to see that
                    Rs.20000.00 has been Debeted from Saving Account .

                      On 01-07-09 I went to Axis Bank ATM ID: S1AW6511 to withdraw an amount of Rs.13, 000/- but I unable to withdrawn amount a printed receipt received with Record ID 5932 & 5933 with message TRANSACTION DECLINED 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS. The same day I am unable to do other transactions. Next Day i.e., 02-07-09 went to State bank of India ATM to verify my account, statement shown that Rs.13, 000/- debited to my account. The said amount not received by me Hence please request you to reiuburse the same immediately.

                      the above said compliant sent to sbi service desk and the service desk has taken complaint on 13-07-09 and closed it three days ago. Till now the service desk has not depositted the same to concerned bank. I have not yet received the amount till now. the service desk is not responding since one week in the matter.

                      On 19.06.10 I went to SBI ATM ID: S1cc00135508 to withdraw an amount of Rs.1000/- but I unable to withdrawn amount a printed receipt received with Record TXN No. 1226 with message SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS.Then and then I have State bank of India ATM to verify my account, statement shown that Rs.1000/- debited to my account. The said amount not received by me Hence please request you to reiuburse the same immediately.

                      The above said compliant sent to sbi service desk and the service desk has taken complaint vide No. AT[protected] on 19.06.10. Till now the service desk has not depositted the same to concerned bank. I have not yet received the amount till now. the service desk is not responding since one week in the matter.
                      on 28/05/2012 i deposited my cheque to ambattur O.T state bank of india. Today date is 04/06/2012, but the employee still saying me to wait another 10 more days for credition. I dont know where to compliant about them. They are not taking care about anyone. I dont know whether they are doing work in bank or not. I request the authority to please take action on them and do my account credit as soon as possible. I need that money for paying fees to my college. It urgent please . Help me.

                        With referenace to the attachment enclosed, on 15/07/09 i had tried to withdraw Rs 20000/- from ICICI ATM at kumarswamy layout ATM, Banglore.
                        Since they had only 100rupee notes, i had made 5 attempts ie Rs4000/- x 5times.
                        4 times the process was o.k but 5th time it had displyaed temproroy unable to process.
                        Agian i had reinserted the card & with drawn the Rs 4000/- to complete Rs20000.
                        The balace now shows lESS OF RS 40000/-.
                        i had given the written complaint to home branch.still after 48 hrs no amount is reverted to my account.
                        Pls, conclude.

                          My name is Irshad Ahmad. I have Dena Bank Saving A/c No.[protected]ATM CARD NO. [protected]) at Kailash Hospital Branch, Greater Noida, Distt. Gautambudh Nagar (U.P.). On Friday 5th Feb'2010, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 45, 00/- using Canara Bank ATM Station ID 28070825 at 16.43 hrs at Jagat Form, Greater Noida vide ATM Receipt No. 5255. The transaction was declined and I did not received the money, however, my account had been debited for Rs. 4500/-. I registered the complaint with Dena Bank. They assured me that the amount will be credited back to my account but till date no credit is received.

                          Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                            This relates to my SBI atm CARD no[protected] against SBI ACCOUNTS NO- [protected] with TLA house branch Agartala(Tripura state). Balance after withdrawl on 2/6/09 at 19.09PM from IDBI ATM, Rathtala, ATM ID- ATM6101 was Rs.121821.76/=. The next withdrawl was on 2/07/09 at 19.43pm from SBI ATM, Daksineshr, ATM ID- S1AN00746809 was Rs.8000/=. The balance shown is Rs.106935.76/=. This is my pension account. So considering that pension for the month june, 09 has been deposited in the account the balance should be Rs. 124909.76/=, i, e, Rs.17974/= has been less shown in the account.Even if my pension has not been deposited then too the account shoud have shown a balane of Rs.113821.76/=. Instead of showing Rs.106935.76.An early action for neccessory correction is requested.

                              Date:[protected] After informing the BHUSAWAL branch well in advance to block my ATM ie informed and the PNB Bhusawal had informed me on 08-06-09 on my mobile that your ATM has been blocked but on 09-06-09 & 10-06-09 the amount of RS 50000/- has been withdrawan.Since this serious lapse is at your end Bank. I am compelled to request you to credit said amount in my account No 007900 [protected] and confirm the same to me.

                                Dear concerned,
                                This is to bring to your attention that, I am Rasiya. V an account holder of SBI Thachampara had lost 2500 in SBT’s teller which is located in Mannarkkad (Kodathippady) on March 20th 2009. Even though the money deducted from my account I couldn’t receive money from the teller.

                                On the same issue I had already submitted a written complaint to the branch manager SBI Thachampara on 26th March 2009 and again submitted one more complaints to the same on 03/06/09.
                                So far nothing has happened please do the necessary to get back my money at the earliest.

                                  I lot my ATM in JAN. I have given written application to the bank - Mall Road, Bathinda branch also but no action has been taken so far. Not received with ATM. Can any one tell me the status of my ATM card. I am feeling like closing tis account and open it in some other Bank.
                                  I am applied for atm card, but still i have not get atm card.I want to close this account

                                  I am a Saving A/c holder of Canara Bank, Bodla, Agra Branch (A/c No.- 67657, ATM Card No.- [protected]). I made a transaction for withdrawal of Rs. 8000/= through ATM of Punjab National Bank Amroha (J.P. Nagar) on 03.07.2009 the cash was duly received and transaction slip was generated presuming the transaction to be closed at did not verified further on return in back to Agra I got my Pass Book updated. I was shocked to see that my account was debited twice for the aforesaid transaction. I immediately reported the mistake to Canara Bank, Bodla Agra branch letter dated 06.07.2009 after waiting for a week there was no response from the branch. After seen the non willingness of the branch, I reported the matter to Canara bank Circle Office Agra to Credit card Incharge Canara Bank Circle office Agra on 13.07.2009. The consult department told me that they will rectify the error and asked to me waits for 1 month. Even after one month there was no response from Circle office and the matter was being rolled over from one officer to another.
                                  It was heartily disappointing to wait for such long for the mistake committed at the end of branch. Even though I further requested the branch and circle office on 11.08.2009 and 12.08.2009 respectively to look into the matter. I persually met GM and AGM of Canara Bank Circle office but all in waste.
                                  I further continue my persuasion wide letters dated 07.09.2009, 28.10.2009, 31.10.2009 to Branch and circle office the matter was also intimated to Canara bank Customer Grievances cell head office Bangalore by Email on 18.08.09. After being highly suffered on harassed from the above authorities and bringing the matter to your knowledge with a hope that you shall provide your general support at the earliest.

                                  Iam nilanjana biswas, a research scolars and an account holder of canara bank, kolkata sealdah branch.on 1.12.2009 i tried to withdrawl of 5000/- from SBI ATM near Dunlop bridge, but from that particular ATM shows a message "transaction is unable to proceed", even no print paper came out from that atm machine.after a couple of time i tried from another SBI ATM near daksineshware branch of 5000/- and transaction been processed correctly. But i got shocked when i found previous 5000/- was deducted. On the next days i put a complain against this in the canara bank , sealdah branch. the manager Mr. RAO received my complaints and assured me to get back my money after 21 days. But when i was went there to see the progress then Mr. Rao told me that they didnt starts the process, even he also lost my complaints letters.after that he told me, that to submit a new complains againts this, then he will able to starts the process. Now, my question is that, what they are doing in the bank? as a manager he is so....... responsible, that he lost my letter. now already 22 days over, they do a new complain about this. if i do not get my money back from sbi/canara, canara bank will be responsible for this, and they should return my money back. canara bank manager, sealdah branch, Mr. RAO such an irresponsible person, he didnot process my complains, and whenever i called him he assured me, he never told me that he lost my complain letter.

                                  Am Narayanan, I am using HDFC Account for the past one year, 12days before (01/03/2013 Friday ) at 12.45pm I went to CANARA BANK ATM near Chennai Central to take money, When i insert MY HDFC ATM CARD its asking Password then i entered my password but it's not responding, i thought some other problem so i cancel the process and get ATM card from the CANARA ATM Center, after 2 mins, i had received message from CANARA BANK stating that "Thank you for using CANARA ATM and 10000 amount Debited " After i read this message i shocked ... then i called to HDFC Customer care, i explained everything to the customer representative NISHA then she gave complain No 559178, and She said Max 7 days we will refund it. After that 7days i called to customer representative at last saturday (09/03/2013) asked status they said still processing, Next i called customer representative at Last Monday (11/03/2013) they said within 48hours you can know the status, Finally i called today (14/03/2013) to ask what about my status they told that "We got message from CANARA BANK that 10000 debited by you at same day same time..." . I really shocked by the reply told by your representative.

                                  I am yes bank holder, self has withdraw the amount of Rs. 2000/ on 26/07/2016 at Canara Bank ATM (coral . merchant st, ATM NO. 12838104, but i received the amount of Rs. 400 only, again i withdraw the amount of Rs. 2000/- again i received Rs.400 only.

                                  Third Time i withdraw Rs. 500/- but i received Rs. 100 / only .

                                  I registered the complaint thru my bank, after 7 days, now i am asking the feedback, but Canara bank is telling, their transaction is correct.I request you to kindly credit Rs.Rs.3600/-(Rupees Three thousand and six hundred)to my account.

                                    I have an ATM card of State Bank of Patiala .On dated 05/05/2009 between 9:30 pm to 10:00pm time I used the card no.[protected] at YES BANK ATM (ATM ID NDLOF074) from OMAXE MALL SOHNA ROAD, GURGAON (HARYANA) 122001.

                                    I put the card in ATM situated at Omaxe Mall, Sona Road, Gurgaon made the Transaction to withdraw of Rs 10, 000/- and

                                    Later on when i check my account balance on SBI machine at Omaxe Mall, Sona Road, Gurgaon. Then i noticed that 10, 000 is deducted from my account without any transaction.


                                    So Here I am requesting you to please look into this matter and add this amount in my account as soon as possible.

                                                I like to inform u that withdrawn Rs.25000/- from ur AXIX BAnk ATM counter at Shyamnagar. Unfortunately amount of Rs.25000/- debited from my Saving Bank A/c. but still I can.'t get cash money of Rs.25000/- from ATM.                                                   on 14-03-09 i was in Nagpur and from Gokulpeth ATM machine at 13:35 pm i tried to withdraw Rs. 4000.00 but machine shows " your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows " Time Out".

                                                  On 30/5/09 (Saturday) I access Chennai, Nungambakkam ICICI bank ATM, for Rs.2000/- withdraw before that I complete all the formalities which the ATM formalities after that the machine not deliver the amount I went and complained to the ICICI bank people they toll me to contact any of the SBI branch Manager. I went and ask to Nungambakkam SBI Manager, he toll me to contact my own branch I called our branch people they told me to contact the toll free number which is given behind the ATM card. I called the number[protected] there the person ask me to wait sum day after that also the amount not credit with my account means he told me to send a letter to you so that I wring a letter to you kindly take the action on my problems

                                                  On 1-1-2010 i went and draw ATM money at Andra Bank ATM at Sullurpeta, Transaction was passed and money not received, same was complained to staff of Andra Bank they advised me to give complaint at Syndicate Bank- Chennai.

                                                  I went to Syndicate Bank Egmore Branch and given the complaint but still now my money was not credited to my Account.

                                                      I, Bhuvaneshwari a/c holder and my a/c no. is [protected] of your bank has withdrawn a amount of Rs. 2000 on 3rd January, 2009 around 6.30pm from Kalbadevi Bank of baroda atm but due to some technical problem in the ATM Machine I just received an amount of Rs. 1000 . So I would request you to do an enquiry and help me in receiving my stucked amount of Rs. 1000 which I haven't received during that time of transaction.
                                                      All the proof has been submitted in Bank of Baroda, Princess street Branch officer. But till not I have received any favourable reply from them. Hope you will take immediate action.

                                                            A saving account No. [protected] has in SBBJ,

                                                            Soron Katra, Shahganj, Agra & ATM card No. is

                                                            [protected] on the name of Mr. Pankaj

                                                            Lawania. I have Rs. 6374.00 in my account. I used ICICI ATM Service on dated[protected] and withdrawal for Rs. 3000.00 card give the money statement[protected]=3374) but not give the amount. Several times the complain has been noted & I have give the written complaint at

                                                            SBBJ, Soron Katra, Shahganj, Agra

                                                            But till dated no action has been taken.
                                                            Therefore, you are requested to look into the

                                                            matter and correct the balance.
