[Resolved]  Auto Rickshaw — Auto rickshaw complaint

I want to complaint against R-auto no: MH03 BN 691, today morning as I went to sit the auto-driver asked where? I said to Saki Naka/Safeed pool, he just denied and asked me to get down that I will not go from Kurla only if you want to go by high way I will go. Pls look into this complaint, which I face daily and wish the auto-drivers are not permitted to drive w/o a registered identity card.

sir, i live in ahmedabad, gujarat. today when i left from my house for a meeting i tried to hire an auto. and there were 2 auto rickshaw standing there. the first one asked the place and when he heard he refuse to come because the distance was only 4 km. ant some how i ignored that and went to the other rickshaw, the other rickshaw driver was standing ideal outside his rickshaw, but the other one refused me arrogantly and that was the problem sir. when i said that i would complian about this to police, he said do whatever you want but i am not coming to that place because its too short distance. and he added that he is not feared of anyone. After saying this sentence he started talking on his cell phne. i took the pictures of that man and his auto, with number displaying, hope you will take the needful action.

Today I asked an auto driver to take me and my mother (59, who was injured with sprain on her ankle) from Alpha mall near vastrapur lake to my apartment near judges bungalows road. Two auto drivers were standing and they refused saying that it is a short distance. By law these auto drivers cannot refuse a ride if the passenger has the money charged (legally) on such distances. Also they started passing cheap and unruly comments. I felt shocked when the security personnel of alpha mall came out and started talking harshly with me. Please find the pictures of these autos along with their number plates. I also want to know if posting on this page is going to help anyway to resolve and stop such behaviour from auto drivers. Has anyone's complaint been resolved through this website?

There is a company for Meter named as Super manufactured in Pune. It is found that there is some problem with meter. The fare in this meter directly changes from Rs 20/- to Rs22/- without Rs 21/- and also in a very quick time.
Other meters like Standard etc do not have this problem.

I boarded an auto at 9.15 AM at East End circle in bangalore on March 9th 2016. I asked the auto driver to drop me at Kalyani Magnum Tech Park. He did not put the meter when the auto moved, so I asked him to put the meter and he refused to put meter asking me to pay Rs 30, When I insisted him to charge as per meter, he stopped the vehicle not even a forlong away and started abusing me very badly in bad language. He used very abusive language. I urge the concerned authority to take immediate action, unless they are punished sevelerly their rude behavior will not change. I kept calm and came back as an heated arugument would have led to
road rage. He used very rude and provocative langauge.

So Surely you can contact to them and more you can note down number of rickshaw but nothing will happen.

People must use Public Transport instead of that if want to stop such silly rules of rikshawala

hello sir. i live in mira road east area. We are talking about sharing ricksha from shanti garden (mahada) to mira road station... the ricksha wala want 10rs per person that means 30rs when i m going to station but when i come to office in night they want 12rs per person. i dn't know why they take 12rs because the root are same... aur jab hum mana karte hai to wo log thek se baat nahi karte ya phir raste may utar dete hai. jabki agar hum miter se jayege to 25 hi hota hai but will pay 30rs in moring but uska problem nahi hai wo sharing hai but shaam may wahi log 12rs mangte hai... this is not good... plz do something i[censored] can...

Sharing autorickshaw runs between shiv shakti complex signal ( dahisar east s. V. Road) to borivali east station in morning hours. Passengers use to divide fare between three that was rs.8. From last 2 weeks rickshaw driver has implemented that rs.10 will be charged from each passenger. Many o[censored]s had gone against it, but it didnt work out. Now they started taking 4 passengers which is against traffic rule. They dont start rick unless and until they get 4th passenger. Please take up strict action against them who are breaching rules and takes undue advantage to people.
Will be highly oblige if they are punishned. They will understand breaching rule is offence.

I travel daily to work from Gandi Nagar (Vikhroli) to Atul Projects (Chakala, Andheri East) daily at the same time and it charges me max Rs. 150/- . Today it charged my Rs. 180/- and the traffic was as normal as daily. When i raised my voice and clicked the picture of the meter, the driver agreed and said ok you can pay 150/- . That means he is cheating so many people.

I suggest strict action should be taken against these drivers,

Monday Morning at 8.10am dtd 29.10.18 I was crossing the road from opposite side of Hotel Pride Bhandup west with one of my friend and moving towards the Bhandup station for my office and we saw far-away rickshaw running on the road with a passenger in it and we knew we can cross the road easily and showed the hands upward informing that we are crossing the road.

The driver should have taken the Rickshaw from behind us or the centre of the road, he was moving the rickshaw towards us. When we had almost crossed the auto driver stopped the Rickshaw in front o[censored]s and started yelling on us saying why are you crossing the road when vehicle is on the road. I said him there were no vehicle except his and that too it was far away, so we had crossed and also said he should have moved the vehicle on the road not from the side of the road and not on us and the speed should have been reduced when someone is crossing the road. Pls take appropriate action against such rude driver who drive the vehicle without thinking of the other citizen. Auto Rickshaw No. MH5862. Steps are indeed needed to improve the quality and communication of the driver and action is also required to be taken against such driver who think that the Public road belongs to them and they can drive as they require and whoever are walking on the road are useless.

AUTO DRIVER CHARGES MORE MONEY FROM ME BCZ OF BEST STRIKES AND HE WILL USE ABUSE LANGAUGE.PLEASE sir you get the action immediately against him

My complaints is I take this auto at mid night 1.30am from Intentional airport to Andheri station and after come near by Hotel Grand Maratha auto riska driver ask as i have to 400/for drop Andheri station and making argument with me.

I refused to pay 400/ hi ask me get down and hi drop me at mid way at night 1.30am near by Grand Maratha Hotel.

My Humble request to you please look and take streak action against him.
