[Resolved] Axis Bank and IRCTC — Cancelled Ticket Amount not Refunded | |||
Dear Sir, I have reserved E-Tickets through IRCTC website online, and cancelled the same because of post ponement of my program. In my IRCTC account it is mentioned that bank has been instructed to refund the ticket amount. Regarding this I have given a complaint to the bank also. But till today I am not able to get the amount credited. Ticket details are attached below. Please help me for the same I have filed a complaint in the bank also.
